When I received my order my food was delivered cold,I have always received my order in a classic Kruchy Chicken box, but instead I received my order in a cardboard food basket Stuffed in a brown paper bag..Considering the fact that I spent almost $35 dollars on my order including a tip,I was expecting for it to be a lot better. Y’all chicken is definitely better tasting than these highly poor customer service having, overrated, worthless major franchise chicken chains, especially KFC AND CHURCH’S! And y’all season fries is the boooomb! O’ so scrumptious. Keep up the good cooking!
