We stopped in got some Fish & Chips (cat fish) and Onion rings and soda.As a very picky Aussie who loves good Fish & Chips most stores here in the US I’d score at a 6/10 but this little hole in the wall shop it’s easy an 8/10 the chips where good size the fish was average size for all the US stores I’ve tried but this little store the batter was crispy and the fish cooked perfectly the onion rings where good the Chips where very good but I feel a few extra minutes in the oil would have made them a perfect Crispy outer and hot and fluffy

My 2nd and last time at this place! The thinnest paper thin pieces of basa I've ever seen and it was 13 bucks. I should've went elsewhere but I will never return hopefully your experience is better. Haven't tried the other food both times I had fish the first time I got the daily special with the wings and the chicken was not good so I came solely for the fish and won't be back. There are better options in Oakland with better prices that will actually give you fish fillets and meat this is mostly batter.

Food and service used to be good. Now I feel if owners are over it. I ordered 2 ground beef tacos and 1 steak taco with everything No Cilantro I wanted to hard shell and 1 half shell the man said all they had was hard I said ok I also paid for guacamole and told the lady that I couldn't have any cilantro due to allergies this seemed to make her upset as she through the packaged gucamole on the counter repeating she don't understand. I say ok I pay for what I thought to be three tacos and I proceed to sit in my car this is when the lady owner began knocking on my window saying she only charged for 2. Ok I thought no prob will just pay for extra taco.the tacos came out fairly quick but I specifically asked for steak I got three ground beef when I bit into my taco guess what no guacamole I had to go back inside and ask counter lady was upset irritated while waiting for my food there was also 3 other complaints. Not only that but it's a bit unprofessional and irritating watching owners argue loudly while waiting for food. Really wish they were good like in the beginning. Hoping for better food and service.

No lie this use to be my go to spot a couple years ago service always was A-1 the staff understand the assignment everytime. So i decided to go here yesterday to order my usual Steak & Shrimp Cheese Fries and boy was i upset smh first off the portions got smaller than ever barely any fries and the shrimp tasted old it was just nasty. But overall i love this place yall just gotta get back to yall original selves cuz aint no way i should be feelin sick off one of my favorite go to spots

I go to the nail shop next door and typically come here after and haven't had any problems. But today when I got my usual, nachos, I noticed there was mold on the shredded cheese that he puts on top. So naturally I went back, my intention was to get it remade because I'd never had this issue before and it could have been an honest mistake, but once I brought it to his attention he acted as if he didn't see it and claimed it was the lettuce that is always put on the bottom that I hadn't even gotten to yet since I'd only had one bite. So I just asked for a refund, he made me wait and I'm assuming because there were people ordering he tried to make a scene and at that point I wish I'd taken pictures. Unfortunately for me, I won't be returning the food is great but the lack of a acceptability is a no for me.

Sometimes I am sad and wish I didn't exist, and I come here to feel better.Its my favorite restaurant, and the lady and man inside are very kind. I like substituting tater tots in for the loaded fries.

Local neighborhood food joint with nice owners serving a fair price and big portions. If you order the chicken burrito like I did do not expect it to taste like authentic Mexican food.

My review is skewed. I ordered one of their loaded fries, but I'm not personally a fan of the liquid cheese they use (I don't like any kind of them). Aside from that and you are okay with that (they use a mix of cheeses), it is fine.
