Sir, We have ordered 2 medium size chicken pizza. When we reached home and checked, one of the pizza was a veg cheese pizza. When we contacted the store, he asked us to send pictures, that we did. But the store owner said that as the second pizza is on offer, even though it is a wrong pizza, we have to keep it. We asked him to replace it, but he refused to do so saying the store is closed, We asked for refund and he refused for that too. As their were no rides, we had gone 6 kms to pickup the pizza ourselves. We can send you the bill and the photo of the pizza being taken and the screenshot of the whatsapp message. We also have the mobile voice recording of the call that we had with the store owner. We had guests at home for whom we brought the pizza and it was very insulting and annoying the experience we had.
We have attached all pics of bill and pizza and the voice conversation.
