Awesome food truck. A little bit more expensive than what I usually think of when I think of a taco truck, but I think the quality is definitely worth the price. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I liked both choices of salsa on the side. The red one has a good kick to it, and the green is milder but still yummy. I will note that they were a little messy to eat (like most tacos) so have napkins on hand. The elote chido was great as well, and comes as a pretty large serving....read full review
¡Ven a comer aquí!Their birria is legit. The consome or caldito is full of flavor and good for a cold day. The torta is filling and price accessible.If you're lucky, you'll find parked right inside Faction brewery.

La Santa Torta was at Brix brewery on Sunday! We ordered the Quesabirrias and it was honestly like being transported back to Mexico City. I'm only giving this 4 stars because the consomé was room temperature and it should be served hot.
