Do not waste your money here at all. I just spent $17 dollars on a salad that had only 4 small dices of chicken. The soup itself was just milk and salt. There are better places near here, subway might even be better than this establishment. The inside of the restaurant is so outdated and the food is poor quality so how are they justifying the prices. Twelve dollars maybe but seventeen dollars you’re basically saying “we don’t care, they’ll pay anyway”Please folks trust me its not worth your money.The team was nice though.

I have never been inside. I'm the driver not much parking. My daughter wanted soup last week. On her lunch break she looked up soup places near by. We drove here. She jumped out. She said everyone was so so nice. She purchased clam chowder and turkey chili. He told her don't forget the bread ! Which I ate! I tried her clam chowder yummy. This was last week Friday 10.19.2023. I think! Well today Monday she couldn't wait to get more on her lunch break. 10.23.2023 Monday we zoomed there on her lunch break. It's 5 min from her job. She jumped out I double parked. I got turkey chili omg! So good. She got claim chowder. Mom they're so so nice in there! I love that place. We get back to her job. She hands me my chili. I said bread please! She said I'm so sorry I'm so sorry! No one reminded me! Omg! She says you can go back. I'm sure they will give it to you. I know they will but it's impossible to park jump out! So tears! Bread so fresh and good! Good was so delicious thank you!

Usually a solid choice. The turkey chili with sourdough bread is exceptional. However, the chicken soup with rice I ordered once was terrible. Too thick, almost like oatmeal. The salads are always good.

I had the Chicken Bacon Kale Salad, and it was decent, but not worth the price. There were many kale stems and the chicken was pale with very little flavor. I'd be willing to try something else, but it seemed like the whole restaurant is overpriced for what you get.

I work across the street from Ladle Leaf.. the food had been good. I've tried the Chicken Tortilla Soup, Tomato Soup, pesto Turkey sandwich (the ciabatta bread was hard) , A Caesar Salad, The Brussel Sprout Salad. The last time I visited 4/6/23 I ordered the Brussel Sprout Caesar Salad I asked for the lady to hold the avocado and ask for chicken on top... They charged me $3 for the chicken (no problem) as chicken was not apart of the salad. I get back to my desk and there was NO CHICKEN!!! Although I was charged for it! They usually don't give you a receipt unless you ask for it. I sometimes request a Receipt. This time I was in a rush so I did not get one.. By the time I realized their mistake Ladle Leaf had already closed for the day. Being 6 months pregnant with Twins I was highly upset because I had mouth fixed on some that particular salad with CHICKEN!!! Going forward I'll just be checking my order before I leave the store!

Good selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. Even the half sizes are huge. I had their Asian Chicken. They're heavy with the sauce so next time I'll order light dressing instead of medium but otherwise great. Everyone behind the counter was prompt and friendly.

Half sandwich and small soup was quite pricey at nearly $14. Roast beef and cheddar sandwich was good. Split pea soup was just okay. Needed more salt and lacked ham. It was also a strange brown color rather than the normal green. Service was friendly and the shop was clean.
Typical for your find at a chain restaurant. Salads and soups that come prepared and nothing homemade about it. The service is great, but id pass on the food unless your in a hurry to grab and go which mostly their customers work in the area

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and I got tomato soup with chicken chunks. No tortillas or chips, and definitely not what they described with the garnishes. I wanted this to be my new healthy lunch spot but they failed at owning up to what they say they are serving.

WARNING: If you want a salad from here, I know it says they close at 2:00 pm but if you want a salad get there before 1:00 pm or else you sol. The employees there want to get out of there early so they start breaking everything down way before 2:00 pm. I get it...we all want to get home early but dude it's 2:00 pm not 2:00 am. Have a little more respect for your customers.

I would not recommend this spot. I'm not sure if they are not washing their vegetables well enough or what, but I've spent an afternoon in in the bathroom after getting a salad from here. ☹️I've had soups from here before and they are decent, served with a nice sourdough slice.
