I had a fantastic experience with Dennis and the team from Liberation Foods. They catered my 120 person wedding and I could not have been happier with the food and the service that Dennis and his team provided. I would 100% recommend them and will personally use them again in the future. Dennis was highly communicative and extremely reliable. He responded to my emails and questions quickly which really stood out from many of the other vendors I was working with on the wedding who were much less responsive. The food was delicious, and I got a lot of comments from my guests (many of whom are foodies) on just how good the food was. The highlights of the menu were the butternut squash ravioli (possibly one of the top 10 dishes I have ever eaten), the prime rib carving station, the garlic mashed potatoes, and all the passed appetizers (we had mini wellingtons, short rib crostinis, and stuffed mushrooms). Dennis' food is full of flavor and really well presented. Even the simple garden salad had a tasty twist, with pickled onions and a vibrant vinaigrette. My only regrets were 1) the horseradish accompanying the prime rib was much too strong, and 2) the stuffed chicken breast came out a bit dry - hard to do that type of a dish at such high volume. But overall we loved everything, the service was great, and I felt it was very reasonably priced compared to other caterers that I had looked at.

I am giving them the highest rating because of the food they prepared, their excellent service staff (they set up and served), and their price was very fair.

Dennis was very responsive. And assigned team for event was also very responsive. Team brought in their own plates silverware, tools to the party home. Arrived early and took everything back out. Their storage equipment was clean and organized! Appetizers were a bit dry, but salads, Chicken, salmon, ribeye, dinner rolls, and mashed potatoes were wonderful!!!! He was always so warm and kind with every interaction with me. They should be a preferred vendor for the venue and all wedding venues! His team was so professional, communicative, and accommodating. He will make any budget work and the private tasting for me and my family was very special. I was really worried about securing a vendor that was full catering with wait staff, China, and buffet style to feed about 150 people in two hours and that was affordable. He completely exceeded all my expectations and helped shape my dream wedding that I didn’t know I was even dreaming of. His team was on time, prepared, and the food was delicious. We had it all: appetizers, vegetarian options (salad and pasta), meat options (chicken and tri tip), and several sides some which were gluten free. I would recommend him over and over! Every guest was full and complimented his food and we all know wedding food is never really good when you are trying to feed about 150 people in two hours! The meat was tender and not overly cooked and chewy or cold! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will always be grateful he made my wedding so perfect. Thank you liberation foods.

Liberation Foods went above and beyond on our wedding day by doing tasks that they didn’t even have to. Not only are they affordable, but they cooked delicious food that our guests kept complimenting. We’ve been to many weddings and unfortunately tend to taste mediocre food that have usually been sitting out for too long, but Liberation’s food was fresh, warm and yummy. Most of our guests don’t even like lamb, but pointed out how they liked the way that Liberation cooked it. Also want to give a shout out to Julia for being so nice and attentive throughout the night.

Liberation Foods is our new GOTO caterer! Yes, we have big fat Greek Family and we use a caterer often! I am soooo impressed with them and the beautiful spread they put out for our daughters Baptism. 150 people and our menu included appetizer of charcuterie boards and bruschetta. Dinner was Tri-tip, eggplant parmigiana, roasted veggies, and THE BEST chicken nuggets (even the adults were eating them) and fries for the kids. Everything was beautifully made, displayed, and cooked. They even had a charcoal grill they brought and cooked the meat on. It was delicious!!! There's nothing better than spending a pretty penny on feeding your guests and then hearing them all say the food was really good! I have to mention their service staff was top notch as well! They followed my instructions to a T. Everything was timed perfectly, and my tables were bussed and cleaned without me having to lift a finger. You guys... we basically threw our daughter a wedding so if you're throwing any kind of event of such caliber or less then Dennis and his team are who you're going to want to rely on!
