Dennis and the Liberation Foods team were excellent. Communication with Dennis was easy and he is always open to your suggestions. The food Dennis and the team created was excellent. We had all good reviews from everyone at the wedding! We had a salmon with miso butter that was super tasty, a chicken adobo (which was our suggestion), and another beef dish.
