We used Liberation Foods to cater my daughter’s engagement party (60 guests, outdoor appetizers and cocktails), and they were great. The staff was experienced, professional, and incredibly organized. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the portions were just right. Everything ran seamlessly — they were immaculate in their setup and cleanup, and also such a pleasure to work with. Booked Liberation Foods to cater the appetizers and buffet-style meal for my 90-person wedding in May 2025. Conducted a tasting prior to booking which was helpful to identify menu items. Also liked that tasting fee was credited to overall bill.
Due to venue constraints, opted to have food dropped off the day of the event in lieu of prepared onsite. When there was a mix-up with one of the sides, catering staff...
