Walked in in scrubs, the workers looked at me didn’t say anything. Stood there for 10+ minutes and no one acknowledged me they just continued doing what they were doing. Lost my service and won’t be back
I had a very disappointing experience with this Little Caesars location due to extremely unprofessional customer service from an employee named Jessica. I placed an order through the Little Caesars app and immediately realized I selected a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni. I called the store right away—within seconds—to politely ask if they could add pepperoni to the pizza since the price is the same.
Instead of helping, Jessica immediately cut me off and said, “First of all, that’s an online order, there’s nothing I can do,” and told me to “call DoorDash,” even though the order was made directly through the Little Caesars app, not DoorDash. She then claimed the pizzas were already made, which made no sense because I had just placed the order moments before calling.
Her tone was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She also laughed on the phone and hung up on me, which felt extremely disrespectful. A few minutes later, she called back with a completely different attitude, but by then I was already submitting a complaint to Little Caesars customer service.
I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this location. If customer service can’t even handle a simple request—or at least speak respectfully—there’s a bigger problem. Customers shouldn’t be treated like they’re an inconvenience

Something that differentiates Little Cesars from some other pizza chains is that of all the major ones, I find Little Cesars to vary the most in consistency. Sometimes you get a store that puts absolutely no sauce on their pizzas, others dump it. Some have little cheese, others really hook it up. This is a solid one comparative to the others I have been to around here. I tried the deep dish pizza here and was actually quite impressed with the overall pizza for what it was. The one truly blasphemous thing is that I ordered extra sauces on the side, and they barely filled them up. That just didn't seem particularly right to me lol. I mean... look at that thing!!! I can dunk that sauce away in one bite...

Used to be really good. It’s super salty now, good way to kill your kidneys. Sauces and cheese isn’t used to be. Extra thick is cheated, 1 side thick, 1 side thin. Does not take any bigger than a $20 bill which is ridiculous.

My order for pepperoni cheesbread was placed at 7:04 p.m. I was told it would take 15 minutes to be completed. I did not receive my order until 7: 40 and that was only until I asked about its status. The cashier had not checked on me even though several people who had ordered after me were getting their food. I waited for my food the entire time in the store. The cashier could see me and did not think to give me an update. When she finally checked on my food at my request she took a minute before coming out and saying it would take 2 minutes. When it came out initially it looked fine. When I got home I realized that what the kitchen staff likely did to expedite my order was take an old order and throw pepperoni on top. The cheese was had already set and the pepperoni was not melted into the cheese as I was able to brush them off with very light touches. The food was old and I am upset that after having me wait so long that they would do this. The cashier nor anyone from the back apologized for the wait.

I ordered ultimate supreme pizza. But I got pepperoni with some addings on the top. That's not right.

There are massive accessibility issues with this location. There are NO chairs what-so-ever in their lobby area so if your pizza isn't ready and you have any mobility issues it becomes an awful experience really quickly. When I asked the very nice man behind the counter he told me the chairs "keep getting stolen" but he couldn't really say by who and really that seems like a management issue to me since there are 100s of ways to secure chairs at an establishment. This is not a fault of the employees in any way, the guy working there was very polite and did his best to get my order done as quick as he could but I ended up having to lean up against the dirty walls so I didn't fall and left there in a lot of pain.
