I swear this place is never open during the posted hours and it frustrating! No temporary signage or explanation! It's a hot day and they are supposed to be open at 1pm. It's currently 2:15 and guess what.... CLOSED! Small businesses need to step their business practices up!! Definitely call before going to this location!!
Orders were wrong we're supposed to be three scoop tropical they were messed up and one of them only had two scoops the ice cream tasted super old it was super icy I will never go to this place again

My Favorite ice cream shop! The couple who owns and works here is so kind. I love coming here to support them and the ice cream is always great quality ! The neighborhood it’s in can be scary but it’s worth the risk :)

You can not get better ice cream anywhere. Loards is local and delicious. Try there sea salt caramel. Yum!
