The super burrito carnitas was excellent. The atmosphere was top notch. They were very respectful of my need to have my service animal there and she relaxed right away.

These guys really don't know what they are doing. Every time I order food from here it's always wrong. Also at the bar the gal that I ordered a drink from didn't even know what tonic water was and she ended up giving me a vodka and water rather than a vodka and tonic. Don't go here it's a waste of time and money.

Steak burrito. They charge extra for cheese and pico de gayo. Everything was dry and the meat had gristle. Nothing was good about my $16 burrito. Place was empty.

I ordered a carne asada burrito and kindly gave very specific instructions which the cashier was dismissive. Forgot cheese, the burrito was cold and the steak was extremely chewy almost like it was reheated.

It’s unfortunate because this place has been here for years and the quality has gone down tremendously.

The food was bad. 2nd time eating here and this time was worse than the 1st. The kids nachos were huge. But the chicken on top was cold. The steak meat was ok. But the chicken breast burrito was no more was it what I asked for. I returned it. The manager or owner was nice the cashier/waitress was rude. Won’t be back again. The salas was bland and not spicy 3 of them

I hope it's still here when we come back to California next year. The wife and I used to eat here at least once a week before we moved away in 2016.

Kid-friendliness: My kids are picky, they cleaned their plates.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your restaurant on Thursday 02 2024 around 12:50 pm.As a new customer with specific needs due to my reliance on a service dog as permitted by law, I arrived at your establishment accompanied by my service dog and baby in a stroller. Unfortunately, the interaction with your staff was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.The individual who attended (lady) to me was exceptionally rude and dismissive. Without allowing me the opportunity to explain my situation, I was denied entry to the restaurant and asked to leave abruptly. This not only demonstrated a lack of consideration for my rights as a patron with special needs but also resulted in a highly humiliating experience.I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. It is imperative that all customers be treated with respect and courtesy regardless of their circumstances.I kindly request that you investigate this incident and implement measures to enhance staff training and awareness regarding the accommodation of individuals with disabilities and special needs.I look forward to your prompt response and action regarding this matter.
