The place is delicious, it just takes a long time for them to bring you the food, I ordered a beef soup and it's been almost 33 minutes and they haven't brought me anything and there are no people inside the restaurant, only me, I think They must change, thank you.

Great family spot and best prices in town. A little out dated inside but it has the old world charm and feel.

Me encanta que la comida es hecha al momento y con sabor de casa. Las porciones son grandes y llenadoras, el trato que nos dan es muy amable y familiar!

HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE! I will always support small businesses until they act like this.I’m recovering from an injury & I can’t cook. I pay someone $25/hr to help me & asked if she was hungry. I ordered $75 worth of food last night & had extra so I wanted to get more crème & papusas. I ordered $40 worth of food off the Google app because I don’t have a Door Dash or Uber Eats account or any of that- I usually call it in or have someone go get it bc Uber Eats & all them treat businesses & their Drivers like garbage. My helper went there & the lady wanted to know what name it was under. She put me on speaker phone and I said “try Anne” or (a couple others it might be). I don’t give Google my personal info or have anything else Google on my phone, even because you always have to reset the data privacy settings. I even told her my exact order. The lady was like it’s not under those names. Just trying to get rid of my helper, who needed to leave. I was like “Are you serious?” I couldn’t believe she wasn’t going to try to find my order!I finally got her to ask me what it was under and I said Door Dash and told her that I order from there all the time, my exact order again, and she was just like “Sorry can’t help you”. I told her I knew it was there, that I would have to cancel the order with Door Dash and get a refund if she didn’t want to look for it and she sent my Helper away, on top of being completely rude to a poor woman just also trying to do her job.She sent my helper away so I lost the time it took to order, her leaving to pick up the food, time waiting there and then on the phone, which was close to an hour. Since I’m not going to pay someone in 15 minutes increments, it was $25. While not working & paying for help, eating out, etc.Not sure why anyone would do that or think that I would (if I could) drive over there to get the food? What would be different? I sent my helper the same screenshots I could show them & it had the correct information on it. I logged in to double check. Just wow!I really hope the owner sees this and looks up how often I ordered food from JUST THIS ACCOUNT ALONE, so they know what kind of business they lost by being awful. Not to mention when I have company over, at least once a week, & we take turns paying. Or send one of my 4 Roomates, since I’ve had to rent now that my son is at college & I’m recovering/not working (we all order something once a week & I always choose this spot). They also have a new customer from that friend, who usually never had Salvadoran food before. Or when I send someone to pay with my card or cash. Or when there’s someone here helping me- at least once a week, lately, like today and I ask them what they want because I’m ordering food- cleaners, handymen, movers, a construction crew, etc. For the next 6-12 months, I’ll be in a remodel type situation where I have to eat out and it’s expensive!I try to avoid using delivery or corporate restaurants whenever possible. It’s really sad we’re parting ways but I won’t go out of my way to support a business who can’t go out of their way to look for an order.Try Los Cocos! They are much better & finally offer delivery!!

I called to place an order, 1/20/24 at 6:00pm, they told me the order would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at 7:00pm to pick up my order and when I arrived, they took my order incorrectly. When I called I tried to explain my order to the employee because she didn't understand me, and she just said ok and never repeated my order. They told me I had to wait 30 more to get my order correct. It's always a bad experience at this restaurant.
