Some genuine criticisms:

My bagel was not wrapped properly, I ended up with butter all over my pants. Wrap things properly.

The syrup of my iced latte was all at the bottom of the cup, and I could not mix it with the short straw they provided nor shaking it around. Mix the syrup in or give a better straw or something please.

Flavors were good, service needs work.

Hello. I usually love this place as I bring the kiddo here as something fast and yummy. I’ve been going at least for the past eight months multiple times a week and usually there is great customer service and all, but lately they hired this girl with a nasty attitude, the lady with a flower face tattoo since I didn’t catch her name. She has been rude countless times even the kiddo notices. We assumed it was a bad day but it’s been week after week, not sure what her issue is but it sucks since we love this place. She also waters down my coffees in a way that literally no other employee there does so idk if it’s personal or if maybe she’s not the sharpest, but regardless we came back and gave it more and more chances. Not after today with her rudeness regarding a receipt. It bothered me so much so that I actually won’t be back after today which is a shame - so convenient and fast.

If I’m just here so I don’t get fired was a person it would be the barista we had today. Which I feel it girl but to top it off with what tasted like day old pot of coffee in my iced coffee wasn’t cool. I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse tasting coffee.

This place is the best: Great bagel sammies and smoothies, and quick and friendly staff! We hit up Lucia's to kick off our day trips with a quick bite on the road, before a day out on the Bay, and for those crucial morning-after pit stops to bring us back to life.
