My favorite is the Kitfo. There is a particular spiced butter that Lula outsources from Ethiopia, that makes all the difference.
For the non meat options the veggie combo is a delicious blend of lentils, cabbage and collard greens set on the enjera ( the traditional bread). The vegetable, legume and seed based plate blends well together, while accentuating their individual flavors.

Upon arriving in Oakland i found this gem walking from the moxy and I was happy to enter the dining experience. The place was lively with good vibes of tunes. My meal was very delicious I enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks again. Shalom

Ordered the vegetarian samosa, mitten shiro, meat platter, and doro tibs. Everything was delicious, but the mitten shiro was surprisingly the favorite. Highly recommend everything ordered.
