This restaurant was so slow the service no one has a counter everybody running around like their head has been cut off and everybody is just zooming this way and that way. It was hard to get a hold of someone to even take an order. The line was long. And they still do not even care to ask can I take your order. I was just there to get some water and that took forever I'll say at least 20 minutes. They need to do better I don't even eat at this restaurant are any McDonald's I just needed some water to get on the road to go to where we was going it was horrible

. On multiple occasions, Ive ordered sweet tea, and each time it has smelled and tasted like spoiled or sour milk. Its extremely unpleasant and clearly not how your product should taste.
This isnt a one-time issueits been consistent across visits, which leads me to believe there may be a serious problem with how the beverage equipment is being cleaned or maintained. If left unaddressed, this could easily result in customers getting sick.
Im bringing this to your attention because it needs to be investigated and resolved immediately. I hope this concern is taken seriously, and that corrective steps are taken to ensure product quality and customer safety.
