Why is Google asking for a review? It's McDonald's. It tastes the same everywhere, every time. It's open when you need it to be. The service is friendly, efficient, and prompt. The food is always hot and loaded with everything that makes feelings go away. If you don't mind living with the guilt and shame that creeps upon you as you polish off back to back breakfast sandwiches, then I highly recommend any McDonald's that doesn't have beggars posted at the drive thru order menu. Or, maybe that's your jam, in which case I recommend any Jack in the Box in Oakland.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. After placing my order through the drive-through, I was asked to park in a reserved spot to wait for my food, even though there were no other cars in line. I waited 15 minutes before someone finally brought out the food—but they forgot the drink.
I waited another 10 minutes, and no one came back with the drink, so I had to go inside to get it myself. By the time I finally left at 12:56, my food was cold, and I had wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time and gas. The lack of care and poor service at this location is unacceptable.
This experience ruined my day, and I won’t be coming back. I hope management takes immediate steps to address these service issues.

It is the only McDonald's I have ever been to that actually directs dine in and take out customers to the kiosks to order and pay rather than provide human interaction and transaction. The only thing that saved this McDonald's from getting two stars is the kind and helpful young lady who informed us of this weird practice and provided good service upon our foods arrival. She even told us that she doesn't know why they force people to pay at the kiosks rather than interact with the diners and provide person to person service. All that's next is robots and AI taking over the kitchen duties and the drive-thru as well. Sheesh

This was the cleanest and friendliest Mcdonalds I've been to in a long time.
I'm impressed, and when the McFever hits this is my location of choice.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. It is unfortunate that it is in the town I live. So many times they don't have someone that speaks English. I also hate how they never take responsibility for the app

The problem here is the correct is not put in. So, here are all of these complaints and nothing is done about remedying the complaints so no one is complaining in the future. Today, ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg without the Muffin. Upon getting home, ready to eat ... I find only 1 piece of Sausage and nothing else. I had to drive back ... blah, blah, blah ... these people don't care and that's if they understand. The piece of Sausage was replaced with what I wanted ... except the "extra" I received was an overcooked egg, which happens so often. Telling the owner has not remedied the situation. Juanita is the kindest person in the house.
