I ordered a caramel frappe one when they gave it to me. I looked at it and it’s not even all the way full. I think this place should have better customer service because we pay for what we want and for us can you have to deal with this kind of customer service where they don’t fill up your cup all the way is pathetic. I hope McDonald’s fixes this and fires all employees who partake in this kind of things. Wish you all the best.

Great team here always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and the food fast and fresh.
The only downside is that it's in the middle of one of the worst homeless encampments around so there's always sketchy people wandering through looking for handouts or dogging through garbage out front.

Not for this particular location, but the location at 1330 Jackson St. in Oakland do not go there. They are horrible, horrible employees and the owner needs to get her deed revoked. They should close this place down again.
