The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. It’s why for the life of me I do not understand why they have the lady taking orders as the first point of contact. She is absolutely undesirable and unbelievably rude. We have been there twice. Both time we have to wait at least 45 min to eat. HORRIBLE SERVCE- AMAZING FOOD 👎🏽

Me and the wife went for brunch and got a latte and snack. The lady at the counter handed me the bill as I made the order. She handed me the bill and I put zero as the tip, as I was planning to leave cash tip on the table after our meal. As soon I put zero on the tip, the lady’s behavior at the counter changed. When she brought us the latte and snack, I said thank you as she placed the items on the table but she completely ignored us. My wife noticed that she was smiling at other guests and greeting everyone else. When we were leaving we said thank you again, loud and clear, but she was unresponsive to us again and completely ignored us.

One should not be judged by the amount of tip you give. We paid for our meal and were very nice to the lady. If I was an owner I would have not changed my behavior and acted rude just because someone put less tip or no tip. Instead I would still greet them or take care of the customer the same as the others. I wouldn’t want to lose my customer over a tip.
This was our 2nd time at this place, but we will not be coming back due to this unresponsive and rude behavior. Everyone’s situation is different on how much someone can tip or can’t tip. A smile and good greeting customer service goes a long way.

It’s disheartening to experience such a drastic shift in service based solely on a tip. Good customer service should be consistent, regardless of the tip amount. It’s unfortunate that a small tip or no tip can lead to such rude behavior.

PEOPLE READ REVIEWS AND LOOK UP BUSINESS RATING BEFORE COMING. Voicing our experience: Me and the wife went for brunch and got a latte and snack. delicious healthy food. Great cozy atmosphere however, the service was a little slow and haphazard. It was on Sunday, which is typically the brunch time of day so I plan on going back during the week when it’s not as busy. Generous portions at affordable price, which is rare for eating out these days.

I've eaten here a few times, the food always takes 45+ minutes. You'll watch your fellow patrons get antsy, crowd each other's tables, and switch orders to go. The staff is apathetic "30min to an hour is normal, you should have called ahead to order"

Great food, poor logistics management.

I get my nails done nearby and have been wanting to try this spot- today is my birthday and I have no plans so I decided to go next door grab a book and head over to have brunch. The restaurant is cozy and beautiful I love the plants the colors and energy very relaxing and inviting. I had my little dog with me in his purse and he was also welcomed lol. The staff are super sweet and patient. I ordered a tumeric ginger chai with 2 shots of espresso and an matcha almond croissant- amazing, a soya soya wrap- delicious and a cucumber mint lemonade with ginger beer. The food and drinks were so flavorful and fresh and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. I had a wonderful experience here and look forward to returning with friends or alone. Thank you!

Lovely place. Extremely slow service. Food was really bland. We ordered rolls that claim to come with various ingredients two were missing. Left hungry

If you're looking for a delightful café experience, this spot is a must-visit. Owned and operated by a local business owner who truly cares about their customers, this café offers not just amazing food and drinks but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us personally, adding a special touch to our visit. The drinks were crafted to perfection, and the food was simply delicious, making it an ideal place for breakfast, lunch, or brunch. With so many positive reviews highlighting the friendliness and quality of service, I can confidently say they are all true. I always get their spring rolls! They’re cheap considering how much they pack in the roll- usually lasts me 2 meals :) very friendly service and amazing decor. Great atmosphere and dog friendly. What more could you ask of your neighborhood café?

Dietary restrictions: They clearly label what’s vegan, gluten free, etc.

I absolutely love this cafe. The food and drinks are so unique- think Thai tea macchiato and different flavors of fresh spring rolls! It is really hard to find places that have fresh options, and even harder to find one that makes the food so interesting and tasty. The ladies who work here are so sweet too (only ever met women, sorry if there are others who work here). I've met friends here with our infants and they were very welcoming. The entrance area is slightly crowded, not much space to move a stroller through. But there is a great back patio that has much more space to spread out. Highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly m do not know if they offer high chairs.
