We got a couple of things here and they were all amazing. All their ramen the best version of that ramen we’ve had so far.
We got the Wagyu beef, one and another one that also had duck and pork. Sublime.
Even the soft boiled egg was incredibly jammy and tasted like it came from a foreign land.
Incredibly balanced broth that I can drink all day
We got a chicken karrage one other thing that I forget, which was also delicious. I think it was some sort of sushi roll.
Only gripe is that the seating is a little bit cramped.
There is a waitlist, but they text you when your number is up so you have time to explore the area a little bit. Go on a weekday during non-rush-hour.
Loved it and will come back soon to try their other dishes

Outstanding noodles. Outstanding broths. Outstanding uni/wagyu handrolls. Signature chicken ramen was rich and frothy. Reminded us of Hakata Ippai in Japan. It almost tasted like cream of mushroom (???) it was that umami! And the crab ramen, YUM! Tho I fished out most of the red onions. Will be back!

We came here on 1/10 night and were seated at around 8:30. Our ramen noodles were super soggy and raw. We reported to our server but they are not willing to investigate what’s wrong with the noodle at all. They also told us that the noodle should be firm (which is exactly the opposite texture in our case…) They have great umami but the ramen noodle we got was the worst noodle I ever have

We ordered the Garlic Knockout and the Signature ramen. The soup and toppings were good, but the noodles were clearly off—they were soggy, undercooked, had a noticeable flour taste, and lacked firmness. All four bowls had the same issue. The manager stated that they follow the same preparation procedure. I believe this was a one-time issue, as there have been no previous reviews mentioning this problem. However, the manager’s attitude was disappointing, as they did not attempt to investigate what might have gone wrong or even try cutting or checking the noodles themselves.
