Outstanding noodles. Outstanding broths. Outstanding uni/wagyu handrolls. Signature chicken ramen was rich and frothy. Reminded us of Hakata Ippai in Japan. It almost tasted like cream of mushroom (???) it was that umami! And the crab ramen, YUM! Tho I fished out most of the red onions. Will be back!
This is by far the best ramen I have ever had in my life! Everything on the menu is so flavorful, fresh, and evenly spiced. Although the wait is long, it is worth it because the food comes out so incredibly fast! Highly recommend!
