We have been going to Millennium since they were located in San Francisco. For us, this is primarily a special occasion restaurant because the inventive dishes are truly worthy of birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations. The flavors are incredible and memorable. We cannot do this at home. We look forward to the appetizers the most, and always share a dessert as well. Like everything here, the entrees shift with the seasons and take inspiration from many cultures. They almost always offer a uniquely prepared tempeh dish, a curry type dish, and a vegan burger, among other mains.

Delicious four course meal with unique flavor combinations. Good atmosphere and fun cocktails. Our favorites were the rice cakes and tandoori tofu on the night we went. Both desserts were amazing.

How do they pack so much flavor into each bite? This place is amazing - I visited twenty years ago when they were in San Fran and I was so glad to find that they are still so wonderful. We went to a special winter feast thing and everything was delicious - especially the soup and salad.

We had dinner here on November 20, 2024. As usual everything was delicious. We started with the crusted oyster mushrooms and little gem salad. Then we had the Korean Barbecue Glazed Tempeh and the Cornmeal Crusted Maitake Mushroom for entrees. For dessert we shared the Mexican Chocolate Torte.
We were celebrating a special event and it was important for us that this meal be special, and it was!
I really believe that this is the best vegan fine dining restaurant in the entire Bay area. Everything is creative and delicious without the use of fake meat or egg products.

Our Fall Harvest (Thanksgiving) dinner at Millennium was delightful. As long-time vegetarians, we've had our share of lackluster holiday meals, but Millennium exceeded our expectations.
The mushroom torte was a particular standout. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, and the flavors were exceptional. Our server, Steven, who is also a chef, offered insightful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. We highly recommend Millennium to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
Dietary restrictions: I appreciated being able to have fresh citrus fruit instead of the usual desserts.

We love Millenium. This was our 3rd or 4th visit but our first time sitting at the bar and ordering from the Happy Hour Menu. Delicious. Must try the buffalo cauliflower and the Millenum burger. The little gem lettuce salad was also very very good. Matt the bartender was friendly and accommodating with his service. Always a win at Millennium.

Incredible food, I’m typically not a fan of Vegan food but this place knows how to combine healthy combinations and excellent preparation technique.
The approach to the 4 course approach is that you “Select as you go” through each separate meal. A simple and effective process as you may want to try something different as you progress through your selected meals.
Drinks menu is a bit scare, but all in all they have a full bar and can make you nearly anything you ask for.
Came as a party of 3 at night with 2 vegetarians and one meat-eater; everyone loved it. I ordered the sweet corn riblets as my appetizer and I must admit that I wasn't sure what to expect, but once they came out I knew I'd made the right decision. It was basically corn on the cob but prepared with a really nice barbaque-ey and spicey "rub," and it was cut to be eaten like a rib! All the food here is so creative and inspiring, and I can't recommend coming here enough! The desserts were also off-the-charts tasty, and the waiters are always more than happy to answer any questions.
Even though it's a prix fixe menu, the serving sizes are perfect and we all left full. Definitely give this place a try if you want a fun, uniquely-flavored dinner!

Celebrated a birthday here, and I was stoked by everything. Menu was vast, dishes were delicious, veggies were so fresh. If you get a chance to have the tom kha or the Korean tempeh, or these Georgian dumplings, don’t even think twice. Apple pie was awesome, servers were sweet and helpful. Tho it was super noisy and crowded - and the restaurant didn’t have a parking garage. Didn’t affect our celebration, was a delight.

Please support this incredible place - the food is creative and absolutely delicious and the service is always top notch. My husband and I have also been loving the happy hours!
