This store struggles to get orders right. They are 0/2. First they gave me balsamic when I ordered Cesar and then they completely left the steak off my salad that I paid extra for. Not sure what the issue is but it’s very frustrating.

I absolutely love this Mixt! The staff is always friendly, caring and make dang good salads and bowls. I frequent this place a few times a week and I’m so grateful that the quality is always dependable. It’s a better alternative to other salad spots and I’m so happy it’s close to home!!!

I ordered the beet salad with extra grilled chicken and it was extremely disappointing. The portion was mostly lettuce, only 2–3 small pieces of beets, and literally two small pieces of chicken. For $24 (plus a drink), this was unacceptable. The salad also tasted like it hadn’t been washed properly—I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed.

This was my first time trying MIXT Salads and I have to admit, it was pretty good. I ordered the JING'S CHILI CRISP salad which is very healthy and nutrient dense. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and good. I always focus on eating foods from their natural wholesome state. The only issue and problem I had with the salad was the dressing was way too hot and spicy! I'm talking about habanero chili hot 🌶 🔥 🥵 but not in a good way! The dressing was so hot and spicy it literally burnt my mouth, burnt my tongue, lips and even made my mouth go numb! Almost to the point where I couldn't even tell what I was eating! It was that HOT! I'm still giving this business and this salad a 4 because of how fresh the ingredients were. I can handle spicy and hot foods but please tone down the heat level for this salad and it'll be a solid 5 out of 5 every single time! 👌

Staff was excellent. Very welcoming, quick, and efficient. The portions for the price were tiny, though. Especially the rice in the bowl I got. Rice is usually a cheap filler, but I got maybe a half cup in a $14 bowl. I feel bad for the workers because they’re cool and it seems like they’ve been instructed to give small portions, but honestly I’m gonna go to chipotle next time I want something like this because their food to cost ratio blows this store out of the water.
For the third time, I’ve ordered a salad where they did not put in all the ingredients that were stated in one of their predetermined salads. To make matters worse I wanted to call the restaurant so that they could receive the feedback with the same crew who prepared the order. However, they don’t have a phone number you can call. In order to resolve this, apparently, I’m going to have to get in the car and drive there. I like their salads, but this lack of service more than a few times is not worth it.
