Placed an online order at 9pm and it said it would come around 9:45pm. At 9:57 we called the location to ask for an update. At first the MM person seemed like she wasn't aware of our order, but she said she found the order after we provided the order number. She said it had gone out for delivery already and should arrive at our house any minute. For reference, we live only 5 min away from the restaurant. It's now 10:50pm and no pizza. The location closed at 10pm so now we have no options... We'll be calling back tomorrow to ask for a refund. I'm bummed bc I usually like MM pizza, but I hadn't tried this location before.

I ordered online and went to pick up and they messed up my order entirely :(. Asked for half cheese and half pepperoni, to which they gave me three slices of cheese and 9 of pepperoni. Then I asked for only half of one pizza to have chicken on it and they put chicken on the entire pizza. They also put bacon on three slices of the pizza? When I asked for none on the pizza? Really put a damper on my night was super looking forward to it :(.

I come here about once a week since I've been working down the street. Their pizza is awesome. And I am very picky. The people are very friendly and very quick. The place is immaculately clean. I highly recommend this place.

Trying to place an order online and it is not working. I live in Oakland NOT Emeryville. There is no Oakland option. Because of this, I cannot place an order. I am a couple of blocks away from Mountain Mikes. They should deliver here. I called the location and the lady could not hear me over the phone. Told ne to call back and hung up. I tried to call corporate at 916-429-2929. That is disconnected. This is my favorite pizza place and have never ever had an issue. This is disappointing.

Mountain Mike's in North Oakland is located conveniently next to the laundromat. They have a Tuesday special. Located in a little mall between McDonald's and woke foods. I bough a large pizza and large Pepsi with tip it was about $35.00. Not bad in these rough times. They have nice seating, and a giant crystal clear big screen television! The pizza was made in about 25 minutes. Service was totally thorough on the options available.The restaurant was immaculately clean. I give Mountain Mike's 5 stars!A bonus, they opened before 11:00 for orders. I purchased one pizza for my mechanic with a soda, and delivered it. Tip: when you have a great mechanic, get the guys a pizza! What took me back to get a pizza for myself? Have you ever delivered a pizza without taking a slice for yourself?The service was so friendly, patient and very versed in all the options, that I went back for another for myself. As you can see in the photo, the pizza is made with very fresh everything!There was plenty of cheese packets available.Everything you want in a pizza place, friendly, clean, fast, no pressure, and a giant big screen. It gets Five Stars from the Five-Star-Reviewer!

I had a craving for pizza for lunch. I wanted a place that was convenient to dine in, not too busy, easy parking, I was hungry. This place met my expectations. The majority of the people came for takeouts. The pizza was actually pretty good. The crust was crispy at the bottom and fairly cheesy. I got the combination, a little light on the sausage topping but still quite good. I would come back again.
