They did make the pizza according to what i ordered and then insisted on arguing with me about it and told me I wasn't making sense. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I will never return ever again!

Visited this location last Wednesday waited one whole week to post this review because nobody from their location has contacted me . The lady charged me twice on my card . I asked them i am just a tourist there and will not come back . Even i showed them proof that she charged me two times . They didn’t did anything and said me you will get your refund but till date no refund has came and i want my money back . Please the owner or manager kindly contact me. Thanks

Order a mini for the last month or longer usually on Sunday for my sons lunch I asked to spread my 3 toppings I received the mini half cooked and the toppings were literally mostly on a slice it was as the bell pepper was torn apart into 6 pieces then placed the crust was thicker than the other side and taste as if it was dipped in butter I made them aware the put the pizza back thru the oven which made the crust taste yucky/plastic..When my son gets off I will be returning uh mini pizza it's sad they couldn't get it right

I order to carry out an I arrive on time, I wait 40 minutes more to get my pizza
I ordered an Everest and got a hard as a brick I don't know what it was pizza! No veggies! Called the store and they lied and said my pizza didn't not come from there. I called the driver and he was kind to go to the store so we can talk with them and they still were rude. I will never ever order from that place again.

Oakland has been struggling with crime and many businesses have been affected. That being said, this location was pretty much fine. The food was what you would hope for, the service was friendly and quick. There are places to sit and eat if you like which is rare to find in that area these days.

DO NOT BUY PIZZA AT THIS PLACE !! If you don’t want to throw your money in the trash do not buy from this place ! Pizza is raw, first time I gave them a chance , second time I went and complain my pizza was raw , they try to fight with me saying they couldn’t make me another one and because of the toppings I added , that’s why according to them my pizza was raw !! Personal is super unprofessional and not willing to find a solution at all ! Worst place in town !
