I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Mount Mike’s. I ordered a Spicy Himalayan Veggie Pizza and went to pick it up after about 25 minutes. They gave me the wrong pizza the first time — mistakes happen, so I understood.
However, after the staff called me back to fix it, I returned within 10 minutes, and unbelievably, they gave me another wrong pizza, this time one with meat. I don’t eat meat, so this was really frustrating and careless.
It’s disappointing that even after acknowledging the first mistake, they didn’t double-check my order before handing me a second pizza. This shows a serious lack of attention and care for their customers.
I’ve attached pictures for proof — I really hope they improve their order accuracy and staff training, because this kind of experience ruins customer trust.

They did make the pizza according to what i ordered and then insisted on arguing with me about it and told me I wasn't making sense. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I will never return ever again!

Visited this location last Wednesday waited one whole week to post this review because nobody from their location has contacted me . The lady charged me twice on my card . I asked them i am just a tourist there and will not come back . Even i showed them proof that she charged me two times . They didn’t did anything and said me you will get your refund but till date no refund has came and i want my money back . Please the owner or manager kindly contact me. Thanks

Good food and service but appeared to have only one employee working. Hopefully they get more assistance. This will speed up how long it takes to get food ready.

Order a mini for the last month or longer usually on Sunday for my sons lunch I asked to spread my 3 toppings I received the mini half cooked and the toppings were literally mostly on a slice it was as the bell pepper was torn apart into 6 pieces then placed the crust was thicker than the other side and taste as if it was dipped in butter I made them aware the put the pizza back thru the oven which made the crust taste yucky/plastic..When my son gets off I will be returning uh mini pizza it's sad they couldn't get it right
