Was there on Sunday. My drink took way too long to make. It was just sitting there waiting for the cream foam. And they didn’t add the foam and handed it to me after a 25 min wait. They had to add it with the foam later and the whole experience was terrible. Drink tasted bad, I’ve had better service and drinks elsewhere considering this is in Piedmont. ??

Ordered for delivery. We wanted to celebrate the end of the school week and the beginning of the Presidents' holiday week with a nice treat for the kids. We ordered from this new place (to us) and truly enjoyed the meal. We got some popcorn chicken, deep fried tofu, egg Puff pancake, Thai iced tea with boba, popping boba, and lychee bits, and lastly an oreo milk tea drink. The tofu was really good and well seasoned and fried. The popcorn chicken was well seasoned and fried too and the size of the nuggets were good for a nice mouthful of flavorful chicken. The Thai iced tea with all the add-ons was tasty but too sweet, but my son loved it. The oreo milk tea was a bit bland and not sweet at all. The egg Puff pancake was tasty and had heart shaped puffs. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of the egg Puff cuz everyone ate it all before I could take a shot at it. ???Overall, this place is pretty good and next time I'm in the neighborhood I may just stop by and try out the food fresh and not delivered.
Stated laughing at us because we didn't realize you can only through the self serve kiosk not through a person. We figured it out but it was kind of disappointing to be treated like that. We weren't greeted, just stared at while we tried to order. Tofu is good. Wouldn't go here

I had been going here for multiple time, the price had just been creeping up and honestly unsustainable and unjustified at this point. I am from Taiwan and I know the estimate cost for making these sugary drinks. I want to like this place but it’s really mediocre. The egg puffs are good though. And please bring back the wheel cake! Those were so good, don’t know why they took it off the menu .

Hi!! I always order here when i crave boba. Its always super good and i LOVE the popcorn chicken. i love the kiosk idea because i avoid talking to people, the environment can be loud with kids crying and dogs barking since its a pickup and go type of situation. But its mostly quiet. I suggest bringing headphones for while you wait because it can get to ear bleed level ? but other then that its a really good place and i love it. <3

I went here originally to get the popcorn chicken which was decent definitely think that they could have made the chicken a little bit crispier . And it was supposed to be spicy and it didn't have like any spice for it . And then the ranch that they had was like craft Ranch in a pouch . And I also got the double wings those definitely could have been cooked a little bit longer and it didn't have any flavor it just was caked on with spicy seasoning and it wasn't good . Like imagine somebody just pouring cayenne pepper on wings that's basically what it was with no seasoning . Probably won't be back again .

DO NOT GO HERE!. After Covid, this place went rock bottom. My elderly auntie who needed assistance at the kiosk was rudely denied by the workers. Their words “sorry, we can’t help you”. Like, make it make sense. How can you not help someone who has no knowledge of technology. When we did get our drinks, they tasted straight up like plastic. When we requested to talk to someone, again the response we received from the girl with the rainbow-ish hair said, (with no type of customer service attitude) “theres nothing that I can do”. Save your self a trip and go to Happy lemon.
