Subpar food, and the customer service just wasn't there. The young lady acted like a YN that didn't care to be at work. My first time eating Jamaican American food, and she wasn't knowledgeable about the food and was very dismissive.

I’ve been searching for good Jamaican food since I left NYC 3 years ago. I’ve tried all the more known Jamaican spots in the east bay and have always been left disappointed. I stumbled upon Nalo’s today, even though I drive by it DAILY! I’m so glad I stopped in. I’m shook. I’m writing this as I’m eating my curry goat.
