Overall, the food at New Ocen Chinese fast food is good, and there are a variety of choices. They also do reservation parties, and the price is affordable. The location is located on the bustling International Avenue. Today I ordered fried beef with broccoli, it was ok but too salty, and there were a few flies flying around in the cafeteria. Hope to improve with suggestions.
