Good food, courteous staff We had dinner last Friday night. All of us ordered different things and everything was good. Overstayed after the 9:30 pm closing time chatting with our group, staff waited patiently with a smile

Went to have a girl chat sess. The chat was great, service fair (attentive without being overbearing), free mini app (edamame). Although free whatever sauce was on these was not tasty... kind of bitter with some sesame seeds sprinkled and Cold. I love a good properly salted edamame, I love a edamame with a little sauce. I am good with it being cold. Short of that... the sauce no go. Moving on, I had the pork loin Ramen. The broth was yummy rich and flavorful with a bit a spice. A lot of peanuts (less is more) on top of the sliced pork loin which will naturally end up in the broth :/. Be forewarned, this is not the standard Ramen spot. No soft boiled egg, no extra goodies (spinach, garlic, corn, mung beans, etc.). Just the noodles and the broth. But the noodles were soft and nicely held the flavor of the broth. Will I go again, maybe to try a cocktail or for the appetizers which looked promising if I am in the area.

The ramen with mushrooms is so flavorful! The wings are really good too. Sometimes you find just what you like and you always want that; I've probably ordered these two at least the last four time I've come in. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood.

Discovered this place while living in Oakland and loved it! So thrilled they've opened in moraga. The mushroom ramen and ginger chicken are my two favorites but really it's all good. Particularly great if it's a cold day, your under the weather or looking for something fresh and soothing.

Oh for the love of noodles! I guess you can have tons of different kinds of noodles cooked in many ways. Yep. This place is where you can find some authentic noodle menu. I invited my friend and his son to have dinner but they have to come up with the venue. Sure enough, they picked this place. It wasn't their first time here but it was for me. I was shocked with all the different selections of the menu. Most of them are spicy hot but who cares? The selections range from Veggie sides, Saucy/sautéed noodles, soup noodles, Dumplings and appetizers and salads. A variety of meat and seafood selections are available with the noodles. I can't write all the details here but you just have to go and check it out yourself. If you plan to go, there's a long line at certain time of the day. Specially towards lunch or dinner. So plan ahead if you want to check this place out. You will not regret it.

I've been here a few times, but I went again tonight since I was in the Berkeley area and I realized I never reviewed it! Noodle theory provisions never disappoints. We got the beef salad with vermicelli noodles and the fried karage chicken with spicy pork ramen. I was a fan of the both the karage chicken (which they put on the side not in the ramen to prevent it from becoming flacid-it's sooo flavorful by itself) and the broth of the spicy pork based ramen. We also ordered the citrus ice box dessert and it was soo good & super refreshing. Being called noodle theory-they are known for their noodles...their garlic noodles are also amazing and super yummy. If you are ever in the area-I highly recommend coming here for some good ramen, noodles, chicken, and dessert. Oh one last thing-their alcoholic drinks are fabulous as well!! You can't go wrong!

We had a few different noodle dishes. I had the duck noodles, the duck was over cooked. Brother ordered the pork belly and that was also over cooked. Gf had the udon but the broth was bland. The food was eh but the place itself is nice. Cool for groups.

The shrimp Goyza was stellar!! The spicy basil rice noodles with pork belly were also very good. I'll be back

My second time ordering their garlic noodle with eggplant, green beans & shrimp and it was great. I wish they have some condiments out for the people who want sriracha or soy sauce in their dish but over all it was yummy!

One of my all time favorites! I would eat here for the rest of my life if I could. My favorites are the Ginger Chicken Noodles and the Ramen! A little on the pricier side, but definitely worth it if you want to splurge a little.

to be completely honest.....I'm usually kind of weary of places that don't really specialize in one type of Asian cuisine (Chinese, Japanese, etc) However, Noodle Theory has proven to be quite tasty! For what I got anyways. I got the beef udon, and was impressed with the depth of the broth and the bounce of the noodles. The broth is a bit like a watery curry (which I prefer over a thick curry) and the beef was well seasoned and moist. I'm not sure how the other noodle dishes are, but the beef udon is a good noodle dish if that's what you're craving. My one caveat is that it is preettyyyyy expensive ($18?!!)
