Excellent customer service and sandwiches are yummy
Was looking for quick food to pick up before catching the train at Jack London Amtrak station. Was greeted by really friendly staff when I arrived & had trouble picking a sandwich from looking at all their offerings on their menu. My sandwich was really tasty & fresh. Paired it with chips, a cookie, & sparkling water. Was the perfect meal to bring on the train.

Delicious California Wraps-turkey, avocado, tomato and pesto-yum
First time, good sandwich.
yummy sandwicheez and great service.
This used to be a decent sandwich shop, but it's gone way downhill. As of late, they keep screwing up my orders. A couple weeks ago I ordered a super avocado BLT with turkey and what I got had no avocados. This week I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich with pepper jack instead of swiss cheese and what I got had swiss cheese and wasn't even warm.

The first time I came here, it was great but the last couple of times, the sandwiches have gotten smaller and increased in price. Not just that but my sandwiches are hard as a rock, difficult to bite into. The bread is over toasted making the bread hard to bite and fighting with the bread just to get a bite. It looks like I will have to look for another sandwich shop. If I can rate it a zero star, I sure would.
Great sandwiches and fast service. Come by for lunch during the week!
Good service. Good sandwiches. Fresh bread.
By far the best hoagies in the bay area. No question.
