For California it passes, though it doesn't compete with sandwich places on the East Coast. Overpriced for the amount. If you're actually hungry, get a regular instead of a small. This is a MUST.

Good sandwiches and wraps for a decent price.
I went to this place yesterday, and the bread is hard and thick. But that wasn't the real problem, these people were unprofessional. I went there to order, and the guy behind the counter made his own sandwich for his lunch break before he made mine. Very rude and unprofessional. Then when he made my sandwich, he put watery vinger on it, which made my bread wet and soggy. I'm not sure if that goes on there or not, but they did not tell me that they would put vinger on the bread. And I think that watery vinger should never be put on bread because it will make the bread soggy, what a unsmart idea to come up with to put on a sandwich. You put thick substance, like mustard, mayonnaise, etc., that will not soak the bread wet like watery vinger will. So I got a refund. The vinger was placed on my lettuce and dripped through the bread and made it soggy. The vinger also looked nasty and made it look like the lettuce was bad because the vinger was brown. I did purchase a Snapple drink and Doritos chips, to go with my sandwich,, which was good, so I kept that. I was going to purchase their chocolate chip cookies as well, but I already had a cookie from another store.
Anyway, the worse of all about these people is that they lied and said that I stole chips and the drink to a unprofessional proguard security guard. So I confronted them and told them that I actually bought the chips and drink, and have the receipt to prove it. So, they finally admitted that I bought it. This was my first refund I got at their place, so I don't know why they lied on me and made false accusations about me returning the sandwich but keeping and stealing the chips and drink. Some people in that plaza are so desperate and money hungry that they will lie on you and falsely accuse you and even kick you out for getting one refund. Crazy people. And I see why some others say their bread need some work, their professionalism need work also, including what they put on their sandwiches. Watery vinger is a no no on sandwiches, it just soaks the bread and makes it soggy.
There was not much tuna on my sandwich.. It was more like a veggie sandwich. I'm so disappointed I was really hungry too.

Sinatra!! The sandwich is good but the two workers mare the experience. Very friendly.
Tiny overpriced sandwiches. Should have gone to the Subway a couple doors down. But all 3 bites were tasty. Plus side of it ?
Worked in North Beach for 15 years, there was no place that made these type of sandwiches.

It’s fine. Decent sandwich shop. My sandwich was mostly bread.
Hours says 2pm, but closed at 1:30pm. Guess you didn't want business.
Tried the Sinatra, one of the best sandwiches I ever had! The service was fast & friendly. Will definitely be back!
I got a Caprice salad with no tomatoes. It comes with avacados, greens, mozzarella cheese. The avacado is inedible. It's hard and there center is all black.
Sourdough bread it great! Love their sandwiches
