Food was amazing. I hope your servers and cooks are paid well. It was significantly understaffed and the staff there were working so hard and doing amazing but I felt for them. To whoever owns this, you are asking too much of your staff. There were 1.5 ppl serving a full restaurant and servicing online and call-in orders. Get them support and please pay them well.

The food was a little disappointing, they breaded and fried the duck salad first time having a fried duck larb salad. The papaya salad was a real disappointment not spicy at all even though I asked for medium, super salty, no peanuts, no dried shrimp very bland. They definitely need to work on their food.

Such good Thai food! Fresh and authentic, would highly recommend. I’ve been to Thailand 3 times and can say that this restaurant is top notch. Very fresh, not too sweet. Favorite dish was the red curry. Will definitely go regularly!

Tried Nua for the first time with my family yesterday and it was great! The decor and ambience are both lovely. Service was fantastic! The staff were all attentive, friendly, and helpful with our inquiries. As for the food, it was genuinely some of the best Thai we’ve had! We were recommended the calamari and the sakoo for appetizers and both were so so so delicious. I have a mild gluten intolerance and so many dishes on the menu are gluten free or are able to made gluten free. I had the kee mao and it was so tasty. My girlfriend has a peanut allergy and the staff were accommodating with this, as well. She had the khao soi and the curry broth in it was so nice. My mom ordered the duck larb salad (recommended by our waitress) and it was so yummy too. The crispiness of the duck was fantastic. My dad got the hen green curry and roti (also recommended) and that one stole the show for me. I tried some and it was so good, I ate the leftovers as soon as we got home lol.
We will definitely be back, thank you! Already planned a get together with my friends to try Nua <3

Went there for lunch yesterday with two friends after reading positive reviews posted here and on Yelp. The waitress was rude and unfriendly. The order for one person in our party came a full ten minutes after the other two arrived, no explanation, no apology. When we inquired, visibly irritated, she replied “the chicken took longer to cook.” The food was VERY average, at best. I had expected far better based on the reviews. All in all, it was a very unsatisfying experience and I won't be returning.
