Food was ok but this is a racist business, and they make it clearly known at the front door and throughout! Was on the rooftop, beautiful sunset, and building adjacent with laundry hanging out, then came the rap/crap music, if the laundry didn't spoil it the rap/crap did. Parking is a challenge, be prepared to walk through lots of garbage and filth, just happy my car wasn't broken into. Overall, not worth it, racism at the front door and Oakland filth, cute decor though.
Easy to recommend despite the price floor, can't imagine spending under twenty for the basics of eggs and toast here after tax and tip which does fit California but not quite the high crime rate risks of this area. Will hope these great people can stick it out, we were taken care of quickly and had no issues from the attentive staff. Took to a good selection, pancakes, French toast, egg scramble, and avocado toast, showed up timely and looking too ripe for the grams. I noticed...
Staff was friendly , decor was modern but cozy. Prices were decent and drinks were tasty. The overall feel was great, the ambient, the people and music were chill. Has a rooftop area as well. Definitely going back again
