Food was excellent as usual. I always forget portions are huge, but the plantains, catfish and red beans stay reliably delicious. The ambiance was nice, almost reminiscent of NYC on a Friday evening in the fall.
A fave brunch spot, food is always good, the weather was perfect for the rooftop. Service was great for our group of 6, just the right amount of attentiveness. We'll def be back again.
Had an 8pm reservation. We were greeted promptly and seated. Walking through the restaurant/bar it was busy and lively. The rooftop which is where we wanted to be seated was quiet but I was ok with that. The view is mid and like any evening in the bay chilly. We had cocktails (Jalisco 75) and a couple appetizers (fried Brussel sprouts and the plantains). Everything was great. Didn't order much food only because wasn't really what I was in the mood for.
