This food is fine but the ordering is completely automated. When they make a mistake on your takeout there is *no* way to call the restaurant and resolve it with a real person.
The food is fine, but it's just kind of expensive for the quantity, and then if they miss anything you're stuck buying a different dinner because they didnt put a triangle in the bag that was supposed to be there and you have no way to resolve it.

First time here. Met with some friends for lunch. Food was delicious - i had 3 triangles (short rib, teriyaki chicken, and Kim chee). All yummy. Came with free edamame. Reasonable prices, fast service after you order on the kiosk.

The tender beef was bursting with juicy flavor, perfectly balanced with savory spices and herbs. The Beef Triangle is a culinary masterpiece! Flavorful, satisfying and expertly crafted.

In all my travels, I look for what I call "happy food." Happy food for me is healthy, nutritious, tasty, nicely prepared, and served by smiling people in a clean environment. Oori exceeded all my happy food requirements and then took me for a ride through food blissfulness worth each bite. I had chicken teriyaki, grilled salmon, and spicy tuna triangles. On the side, I complimented it with miso soup and ginger. Each flavor was distinct and made my taste buds ooh, ahh, and wow for more. I'll be back here for more without question. I felt like I was dining at a 5-star restaurant and found the food reasonably priced.

Tasty, fresh American/Korean-style onigiri. Might be nice if they let you apply the nori later to preserve freshness, but it was warm and well-made in-store.

I’ve loved this place but recently they’ve started putting a lot more rice in their triangles and a lot less filling. The quality has gone done and is inconsistent. Frustrating because it can be so good.

Loved the ume. To me, the tofu teriyaki was ok, my kid said that one is her favorite. We both enjoyed the spicy tofu one. We each got a box of 3, they came with some edamame, 12.25/meal

Great quality food. Got the short rib, teriyaki chicken, and spicy shrimp onigiri. Super flavorful, and they don’t skimp on the filling. The space itself is fine, nothing special but the food is amazing.

Very tasty food, but the triangles didn't seem to contain the amount of food very well. I'm not sure if the intended experience is that your Triangle breaks apart in your hands and makes a sticky mess.
Still, the food was very tasty, filling, and a fun spin on rice and filling.

Never again!
The staff are hardworking humble people, they’re fine.
The portion sizes aren’t the worst, that’s fine.
The meat was tender and not chewy, that’s good.
But none of this matters when you end up paying $17 for the most uninspiring, tasteless, excessively oily plate of teriyaki chicken on white rice you’ve ever had.
Never again.
This place is a classic “business” and not a “food” place.
They’re clever at setting up shop and putting together just enough of an effort to make it sound like you’re getting “tasty food” when it is instead just a bunch of inharmonious ingredients put together formulaically.
Of course not every place in the world can be expected to produce a gourmet experience but this isn’t even about that, even from a fastfood point of view there’s simply nothing special here that would want to make me ever come back let alone pay the prices they are asking!
Feel bad, but that’s the truth :/
