I told the manager that the employee who was over the food was using her gloves to clean the counters and pick up food that fell and she never changed her glove. The rice taste burnt the vegetables were good overall, the floor was nasty. I end up throwing away the food loss appetite ?

The food is standard across all locations and great for fast food. The prices have gone up like crazy though and the quantity has only gone down. The staff are nice, but definitely seem like they are in a rush

The Cashier was so rude. This was June 28 at 12:50 pm. I got in line & she didn’t acknowledge me to all and kept ignoring me and letting people cut in-front of me.She stares at me and very rudely rolls her eyes and loudly says “if you need something you have to go to the back of the line over there and order” ALL I NEEDED WAS A FORK! She didn’t have to be rude when I politely waited in line like everyone else. I told her “mam all I need is a fork you don’t have to be so rude” she starts saying “whatever ok ok go go” shooing me away. What in the world is that?!

I got the Family Meal for the first time and I thought it was a pretty good deal.Service: I ordered online pick up. They ran out of a lot of food when I got there around 3:30pm. They had already packed all my food with the exception of the broccoli beef when I got there. I had to wait 7 mins more for that item. Food: I got the chow mein, fried rice, broccoli beef, mushroom chicken and orange chicken. The food tasted pretty good. However, there were many small pieces of orange chicken in the box and there wasn't much beef in the broccoli beef. I'd come back to get their orange chicken again. It tasted good but I wish I got more bigger pieces of meat. I also wish Panda Express would bring back the Hot and Sour soup!

worst customer service this is for the asain lady so rude. Feels like boot camp while putting in your order! The food tasted old actually! avoid this place lack flavors! wish I travel a little more to the one nexr to pack and save! wouldn't even give them a star. Yelp should give us the option to not even give a star!

Ordered a bogo beyond orange chicken bowl. The server told me it would be a seven minute wait because they did not have enough of the beyond orange chicken. I said that was fine. The cook was told and said it was enough and wouldn't make more. When I got both bowls, there was hardly any chicken.

Great on the go Chinese food great prices and a good amount of food. The place might get packed but it moves rather fast. Food is prepared at site and with fresh ingredients.

AVOID THIS LOCATION GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! My friend got food delivered to me as a surprise and I was excited until I opened it. The food was delivered ASAP, so the quality issue is with the restaurant. My bowl wasn’t equal portions of chow mein and steamed rice, the steamed rice was cold and hard, my honey walnut shrimp had NO walnuts or sauce in my entire bowl or side order of it. The cream cheese rangoons taste like old, used fryer oil and were over cooked so the filling was non existent. My friend is getting his money back because I told him the only reason I was going to eat it is because he paid for it but this is the worst meal I have ever had from a Panda Express. I don’t expect quality, but I expect the food to be decent and match the standards of the other locations in the area. Especially since this is the only Panda location that came up available on the delivery app.
