Just got home from Panda and they had the nerves to give me 2 pieces of meat in my bowl. Doesn’t matter how busy a business can get the quality should always matter. This isn’t free & consumer should get what they paid for. My meal came out to a total of $50 & sum change. Very unfortunate Panda! Retrain your employees

Every time I’ve come through the drive-thru, they just ignore any questions and never bother to say a word or ask if everything is fine. They just hand over the order silently and walk away. I had a wonderful experience at Panda Express. The staff were friendly, and the woman who assisted me with my order was exceptionally nice. She inquired if I had the PE app, and when I checked my points, I was pleasantly surprised to see how many I had accumulated. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking available.

My order was given away to some random person instead of my delivery driver and now i cant even get my food or a refund and they just hung up on me. Never ordering from this exact location again.

Came to pickup a mobile order Sunday at 3:45pm and went through the drive through since there was no line anywhere. We told the lady at the intercom we were there for a mobile order and obviously without checking (she immediately answered) told us it wasn’t ready and to come inside. So we did no big deal but when we entered we found the food had been ready and sitting there for some time. Just bad customer service.
I have been to this Panda Express multiple times . Every time I come to this establishment , they never fail to be rude ! Idk if it’s racism or they are just having a bad day , but it’s very disappointing . They hate when you ask them anything , they barely understand you , they messed up my food then have a problem when you ask them to fix it. They touched the food with their hands (the last time I went) .The managers were even more rude ! Never coming here again. No one even likes this place , it’s just close to the job their job , but this place is definitely giving panda a bad name !Customer service here is horrible and I told them this personally . I’m spending my money here . . What happened to the customer is always right?

I love Panda Express, but their service is terrible in this location. Whenever I come to the drive thru service I have anxiety and a little fear because I don’t know what mood your workers will be in today, especially the young Asian woman who attends the window in the afternoon at night is not nice at all and throws your things and you ask her for utensils and acts angry, I would be very happy because they will improve that the rest is perfect.

This is my 2nd time eating from this location. My food has been very good both times. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait in drive-thru for 22 minutes to get my food. Next time I’ll just go in to pick it up. Seems very safe, as security is insight on property.
