I visited the Panda Express near Oakland at broadway every time visit I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I walked in, the manager and all the staff greeted me with warm, friendly smiles. Their positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. I've been to several Panda Express locations, but this one stands out as the best in terms of food quality.
What also impressed me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was spotless—far cleaner than most other locations I've been to. Everything from the dining area to the service counter was well-maintained and inviting.
Highly recommend this location if you're in the area. Great food, amazing service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere!

Ive been to Panda all over. This place have the worst pepper beef and walnut prawns. These are our favorite in other pandas. Prawns are over cooked, the pepper beef has too much pepper and overcooked and chewy. Very disappointing.

I get it some people want the familiar but the choice of eating here is so weird when you’re across the street from the freshest cheapest veggies and best Chinese food perhaps in the country. Why pay more to destroy your taste buds with Panda Express when you can have genuine cheaper real Chinese food a 5 minute walk away? But for suburban relatives that visit just do it to make them happy. 😊 I got stomach upset last time I had Panda Express and Oakland Chinatown dim sum is a good antidote

Why would accessing the restroom be so difficult. At least print the dam restroom code on the receipt
I don't really get cravings for Panda Express although their food tastes good because I associate the store with hazy food comas in college. However my partner wanted it for dinner so I ordered it through Doordash. The delivery was on time.
We both got plates. He got the orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, super greens, and fried rice. I got the chow mein, eggplant tofu, and the orange chicken. We also got one chicken egg roll, one apple pie roll, and veggie spring rolls which came in two small pieces.
My favorite thing here is the orange chicken. The breading isn't too much, and the sweet and sour flavor of the sauce tastes good. I liked the chow mein too. I was looking at my partner's super greens though because some fiber felt like a good idea.
The chicken egg roll was a bit dry. It was much bigger than the veggie spring rolls. The chicken egg roll had a thick wrapper while the veggie spring rolls felt thinner, more like regular Asian egg rolls. The apple pie roll was dusted in sugar. It was crispy but I wish we ate it hotter. It was reminiscent of a churro. My partner said he would not have it again though, and I don't think I would either. The apple inside was a bit too sticky and sweet.
Overall this was a decent experience.

Very bad, bad service, the lady who served me was upset, pedantic and started shouting and saying that it was my fault, (I asked her for several dishes, she was on something else, I repeated what I wanted in a good manner and her gesture of annoyance was too much) started shouting and insulting. The manager did nothing even when he saw the situation. The truth is, it is the first time I have received bad service.Very bad, bad service, the lady who served me was upset, pedantic and started yelling and saying that it was my fault, (I asked her for several orders, she was on something else, I repeated what I wanted in a good manner and her gesture of annoyance was too much) started shouting and insulting. the manager did nothing even though he saw the situation. The truth is, it is the first time I have received bad service.
