Wish there was a Panera bread in Berkeley
Not a real restaurant
This is literally the worst Panera bread I've ever ordered from. I'm a frequent Panera customer and used to order multiple times a week and I can't order Panera because the service at this facility is so horrid - takes hours. Additionally, they often get the food wrong and it tastes way worse than any other Panera I've ever been to. I would strongly recommend Panera open up a new location in this general area. This is the only Panera that delivers to my home in the Crocker Highlands area of Oakland and Piedmont.

Itās not an actual Panera Bread location, just one of those pop up kitchens that makes food for delivery apps. Very disappointing. Not sure if theyāre actually a franchise but it does a disservice to the Panera brand.

Not an actual Panera. Pick up only w/ limited menu. Really frustrating because you donāt realize until you arrive. Very confusing and it sucks

Not a real Panera Bread. I'm surprised the parent company allows this kiosk to be labeled as Panera Bread

This place is the worst experience a customer could possibly have when ordering food. It's a Uber Eats Brick N Mortar!! You walk into a row of tablets, where you have to wrestle with poorly clothed unsanitary food delivery drivers that have dirty vehicles and are dressed as if they are yard cleaning. There's no smell of food-which means everything in nuked-you cant see behind huge wall of food pickup lockers. Can't confirm the cleanliness or food handling at all. What you can hear, is the casual personal conversations being had by staff. No one has a uniform, nor do they conform to any customer service expectations. You have to use app to order. Food was late and cold. The absolute worst food experience one could expect. Do not waste your time, Panera bread should be shamed for an expectation of pay for anything that comes from this place.

Not a Panera. An embarrassment to the brand and should be labeled as āPanera To-Goā or something similar. There is no seating area, a limited menu, and the only way to order is a touchscreen that barely works.
