Quite unethical and rude experience at this location.I ordered via the Papa Dough Rewards, but when I came to pick up my pizza, the pizza was not made, and the order receipt was in the garbage. They said I didn't pay and so they did not make the pizza, and threw the order receipt back into the garbage. I tried to explain how Papa Dough Rewards works, and that if I pay using Papa Dough Rewards, it will show on the receipt label that I paid "Cash $0.00". They said no, that's not how it works. It's quite unfortunate that they didn't know how their own app works.They then proceeded to say "We don't care about you." That was quite strange and I simply left.Overall, I love Papa John's pizza, but this location, particularly the manager NJ and the employees...they can be quite rude and unethical. This is actually the second time they've simply cancelled and not made my order because I used Papa Dough Rewards to make the order.Attached is a picture of the gentlemen who were quite rude and unhelpful.

I waited 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered and it never came so I called back and they said that they already delivered it to me lol so they said they was gonna send somebody else out to redeliver so I waited 2 more hours and they never came..so I called back and they stopped answering my calls lol that's BAD BUSINESS so I used my other phone and they picked up and I explained what's been going on and then they put me on hold an they never clicked back over to me.. I don't think I'll ever order from that location ever again!!!!? This is in Oakland California fruitvale I never in my life experience this type of behavior from a business!!!!!

I called the store because my son found a piece of hair in the slice of pizza he was eating. I called the store to inform them hair was found in a slice of pizza. The gentleman pretended like he couldn’t understand me saying there was hair in the pizza. He understood everything I said up until that point. He put me on hold without prompting and did not come back to the phone. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Clearly someone is not wearing a hair net. I will escalate this issue further since he refused to resolve my issue.

I received a cold pizza. Then they guy couldn't find my order. He handed me the food and didn't ask for a payment. I let him know I didn't pay and he said nothing at all. Rung me up and I told him Thank you. That was my first time ordering from Popa John's in California. I ate it onc3 before about 10 years ago in Arizona and it taste good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! COUNT YALL DAYS !! my girlfriend ordered us pizza &’ breadsticks first off the lady act like she couldn’t understand our address then when she finally got it she told us the total &’ said it would take 31-41 minutes. An hour later she calls &’ THEY’RE CLOSED nobody ever brung our food.
I was placing an order and the lady nicely curved me about me food and told me to talk to the manager about it just for them to nit answer when online says they do close till 2:30AM and online it also says they are open but no service at all this needs clarification because it's only 12:39AM

Lemon Pepper Wings!!!Listen, I have had my share of wings, but Papa Johns Lemon Pepper wings left me speechless and sweating! I ordered 6 wings just to check them out and they DID NOT disappoint!! I could taste the lemon and the pepper both separately and collectively. Whomever Papa Johns hired to reconstruct their NYC Pepperoni Pizza and the wings....BBAAAAEEE- BBBAAAYYY- kudos to the merger!!! Try them yourselves...I am sweating and happy while writing this! Happy Sunday :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GHETTO LOCATION. What the f*** is this papa johns?! I didnt have any food to make and I wanted to order some food for me and my son and I ordered 3 things and only one came in and came in half eaten??? This wasn't the Uber eats fault it was this location.

When dropping off my food today, the delivery driver came to the door ( without the pizza) and began berating my 15 year old son for not answering the phone when he called. He told him next time he will take the food back to store. After his beration, he then went to the car to get the pizza. Fortunately, his father met him at the door because he heard the commotion and told him not to get speak to his son that way. When I called the manager of the store to complain about the driver and his poor customer service, instead of listening, he began defending his driver and telling me the practice. He even said I did not indicate to bring the food to the door, when I definitely did. I told him I had the footage on my ring camera and should upload it with my review. This was my first time ordering from Papa Johns and my last. Horrible customer service from employee to Manager.
