I come to this Peet’s regularly, but the quality of hot drinks in the mornings has become unacceptable. The morning lady barista clearly doesn’t care—cappuccinos and lattes are made the same way, rushed and sloppy, with no attention to texture or consistency. It feels like the drinks are just thrown together. For the price, this level of carelessness is really frustrating Hoping this can be addressed with some training or oversight

Employees very nice and professional. However, the floors were dirty along with the stairs. Dusty, food particles, the lamp fixtures on the side wall etc. It kinda changed my mind after seeing this.

Slabzone “Slabzone Lures” Lures
Just walked in to Pete's to get some coffee, and some hot chocolate for my boys. The place was empty. Both employees at the register saw me come in. As I walk closer, they both ignored me. No one said good morning, no one said hello. One of them even turned around and walked away, so I turned around and walked out. Great customer service. ??
Great neighborhood Pete’s with lots of seating. Consistently good coffee and they keep the place clean.

Rarely have I seen a crew so gracefully get through a “morning rush” as I Witnessed this morn at Peet’s. This crew seems to work very well together with Positivity & Grace. Very pleasant these niceties, getting peoples days off to a good start with excellent coffee, pumpkin bread, pleasantries.

Came by today to order from the bakery section and after my order was done and I was charged I was informed the oven was down so I couldn’t warm up my item it would have been nice to know before I ordered to let me know the oven was down if u see this Peet’s inform your employees to let us customers know that the oven is down before we order and are charged for something that could be warmed up or not
