For the past few months this locations drink and food quality has gone down hill. They are frequently out of stock on several items or their equipment isn't working so they can't make food. Once or twice, not a problem but this seems to be a reoccurring issue.
Drink quality seems a bit tossed together (like with the lattes) so the coffee just doesn't taste as good as it used to. This is my local store so I really hope it improves. The staff seem to do their best but they even seem understaffed.

I come to this Peet’s regularly, but the quality of hot drinks in the mornings has become unacceptable. The morning lady barista clearly doesn’t care—cappuccinos and lattes are made the same way, rushed and sloppy, with no attention to texture or consistency. It feels like the drinks are just thrown together. For the price, this level of carelessness is really frustrating Hoping this can be addressed with some training or oversight

Employees very nice and professional. However, the floors were dirty along with the stairs. Dusty, food particles, the lamp fixtures on the side wall etc. It kinda changed my mind after seeing this.

Slabzone “Slabzone Lures” Lures
Just walked in to Pete's to get some coffee, and some hot chocolate for my boys. The place was empty. Both employees at the register saw me come in. As I walk closer, they both ignored me. No one said good morning, no one said hello. One of them even turned around and walked away, so I turned around and walked out. Great customer service. ??
