The coffee was meh. Tasted a little over roasted to me. The real reason for the rating is the service, in particular by Esteban. Not one smile. Everything about him, and what seemed to seep into his co-workers, was the feeling of not wanting to be there, not wanting to serve customers. My drink was ready at the counter, hadd no idea. Esteban took the order. My friend and I were the only 2 orders for 15 minutes, and the store was nearly empty. So,he knew it belonged to me, however, his conversation with another customer was more important than, letting me know my drink was ready. He never smiled, he never said thank you. Will not go back to that store again.

Despite my eleven-year tenure as a loyal customer, I have recently been subjected to unprecedented and unacceptable mistreatment. The newly appointed manager has been disparaging several clients, myself included, through verbal abuse and dehumanizing interactions. This intolerable conduct is not only offensive but is also the primary reason many long-term customers are severing their ties with this establishment. A business thrives on its clientele; however, such behavior is fundamentally destructive to the company's integrity. I urge you to investigate this matter immediately and provide a formal resolution.

I stop by every time I'm in town now. The service has always been amazing, even when they've mixed up hot or iced, they're quick to fix it but honestly it tastes great either way. I also really appreciate the dairy free pumpkin flavors and all of their all year options too. It's a great community spot where you can see regulars spending time to talk over coffee and connect, truly great

Shoutout to Phillip ā he always provides consistent, patient, and friendly service. If heās on the bar, I already know my drink is about to taste like it was made with love. I actually go out of my way to make sure heās working before I place my drink order. Thatās how solid he is!
Now if only the Piedmont location could get it togetherā¦ I definitely prefer the Temescal spot because of the service and vibe. Thanks again, Phillip ā youāre the reason I keep coming back!

This location almost made me stop coming to Peetās altogether. The service here was incredibly slow and disorganized. My order was wrong (drink sizes, missing food) even after repeating it with the woman taking my order twice. Unfortunately since its happened more than once, I will not be returning to this specific location

Service with a frown! And barely any service at all. Every time I think they canāt possibly be more curt or take longer to make a drink, they top themselves. I was wondering, is it just me? But one time my bf, who is universally loved by strangers and has an undying sympathy for service workers from being one for a couple decades, went in on his own and came out flabbergasted by how bad the service was.
This peets was just the most convenient place to stop for a few weeks on the way to work, but then I realized the drive through espresso place around the corner is open at the same early hour and just SO MUCH BETTER. Great lattes, good breakfast sandwiches, so efficient, and super nice. Donāt waste your time with peets. Especially not this location.
