Had the worst white chocolate mocha that had to be made twice and still asked for a refund. The so called batista was rude AF, but rightfully so. After all so was her manager. The so called manager needs to be trained along with her employees in customer service because it was certainly lacking. Won't be back that's for sure.

I always stop by this location when I'm in town and I appreciate how nice and welcoming the employees are.However, their bathroom is always nasty which is very inconvenient for an out of towner wanting a good cup of coffee and needing to use the restroom.

Went to this peet's and ordered a venti matcha with no ice and she filled the cup halfway. The worker's name is Samara rude and snobby and refused to give us more milk and said when you order a venti with no ice you will only get half of your cup filled. Never at any other Peet's, it's ridiculous when you are paying $7.50 for a drink and only get half. Never coming here again
