I think the food is delicious, but the manager has to be nice to the staff. I have seen managers scolding the staff here many times. One of your managers often makes trouble for the staff and tells them to shut up without understanding the problem. It would be more appropriate to ask the managers to understand the whole thing before scolding the staff. The boss needs to face this problem.
This is our go-to dim sum place. They are very professional and the service is prompt, and they are very accommodating when we have our young kids. Most importantly, the food is always stellar! And they have a very large menu. We love getting the specials that have a lobster or crab dish with dim sum combo. We do try to make a reservation and/or arrive right when they open, otherwise there's a wait on weekends.
Ivecome to this restaurant everytime I'm back in Oakland since I was young, and I highly believe this is the best Chinese restaurant I've had in the Bay Area. The staff are always extremely kind and attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming, and food is absolutely amazing. Whether we go for lunch or dinner we always get the dim sum, which I promise you can't go wrong with!!
