The bun bo hue was underwhelming. We ordered a large and it looked small. We ordered bho ko but got beef stew pho which was disappointing but the beef was tender and flavorful. We found the rest of our noodles here. The star of the show was the fried pho tacos which was a game changer. This was my first time trying something like this and it was quite tasty. Highly recommend! They also bake these beautiful cupcakes that they make in house and sell at the counter. Under $4 a piece.

All time favorite pho place I come here so often whenever I get out of work or whenever I crave a nice bowl of pho. They have great customer service they are always super welcoming and nice each time I come here. I love their chicken wings !! 10/10 fav spot ever !! (Pho Tai is my fav) :)

Awesome family owned restaurant. Had some great pho bo and pho ga, shrimp spring rolls, and avocado smoothie. Very friendly service. Definitely coming back.Update: We came back... again and again. Added a star. We've given quite few other spots a try, and Pho Vy is the best. Best service and people, best food. This place deserves your attention and business. Try the beef stew and the vegan vietnamese coffee!

This is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the entire bay. I love the family friendly environment and how passionate they are about the food! Since I've been here for the first time almost two years ago, I've been swearing by them and recommending them to all my friends in and outside of the bay. Seriously check them out!
I ordered a veggie dish because I haven't ate meat in years. Not only did my meal come with meat, but the box it came in had food from another dish. I simply did not eat it nor did I make an attempt to return it because I for sure I won't be returning to this establishment.

This is some of the best pho Ga or chicken pho you'll get in Oakland. The beef combo pho is also really good. We tried the Pho Birria tacos and they are delicious. Definitely worth trying at least once.The service is attentive and friendly. If you're craving pho, don't hesitate to come here.

Came through here for dinner one night with a friend. I ordered the vermicelli, it was good. But randomly my favorite thing was the coconut smoothie. I still think about that coconut smoothie it was that good. Would def come back if I'm in the area
