Pork banh mi was out of balance. It’s pricey at $18 but there is a lot of pork. Unfortunately, it was dry and there weren’t enough pickled veg to balance it out.

Ebi (shrimp) katsu sando was solid. Good texture, great bun and definitely needed the wedge of lemon to add some acidity to each bite.

Ramen fries were okay - good texture, but just a bit too salty. Needs a better dipping sauce other than ketchep. Kewpie/sriracha would be a good...
Excellent Vietnamese take on a spicy chicken sandwich. Love the crust and spice level. Only gripe is the unjuatifiably high price, especially for counter serve. Just under $20 out the door for only the sandwich.
This review is just for the Sichuan Hot Chicken which I've eaten twice. Overall it's pretty good, but it's not great, and I really want it to be great. In concept this is a really thoughtful and well-executed sandwich. It has great veggies and really crisp, juicy chicken. It reminds me of what I had in the night markets in Taiwan. The breading is good too, although I feel it could be a bit thicker.
