One of my favorite restaurants in the East Bay! I ordered the quinoa salad, vegetarian plate, tacu tacu (rice and beans), sweet plantains, chicha morada to drink, and the chicha morada and mint sorbets for dessert.

Superb! The food here is a dedicated, cohesive, nuanced Peruvian delight. If you want to be immersed in flavors and textures of Peru, do not miss this. Each bite - of everything - is an explosion of flavor. The service is perfection, and it has both indoor and parklet seating. There are also a few counter seats if you want to watch the chef make the magic happen. Cannot wait to return!

Love this place. Sit at the bar if you can - great to see the action in the kitchen. Staff are all super friendly. Music is great. Every dish: fantastic. Been here twice, eight years apart, and it remains outstanding.

I was treating my good friend to a birthday dinner. She requested Peruvian food and this restaurant came up as one of the best in our area on a Google search. We sat at the counter and were able to watch the dishes being prepared. Very impressive presentation. Our waiter was very attentive, suggesting wine selections and answering questions about the dishes. The food was delicious! The seating area inside is small and intimate. They also offer outdoor seating. We'll be back!

I had the best service in a very long time tonight at Pucquio.
9:15 reservation. Already felt guilty as we were clearly their last table on a Thursday night.
Our server was incredibly welcoming and made incredible recommendations on the menu. He checked on us with perfect timing throughout our stay, and just really made us feel at home.
The food is also phenomenal. We ordered 3 ceviches and the best lomo saltavo of our LIVES!
Also, be sure to have the Picquio Sour. It’s delicious!l.

The waiter recognized me when I arrived, and was friendly & welcoming. He was accommodating when we asked if we could sit outside instead of the bar. He spoke Spanish. The cuisine was tasty and elegantly plated. Light, fresh and flavorful. We ate the blue-fin tuna in plum sauce special & fish ceviche. Also ordered the quinoa & beet salad with citrus--quite tangy. We enjoyed every bite & finished dinner with an espresso. Highly recommend!

On the recommendation of my son, a serious foodie and industry professional, I made a reservation for several friends and me to dine at Pucquio. Why didn't I know about this restaurant before? It is INSANELY DELICIOUS!
We ordered so many menu items and tried each dish. Every single one was perfect. There was so much love and joy in the food preparation and presentation. We had Lomo Saltado, Aji de Gallina, Adobo de Chancho, and Arroz con Mariscos. Additionally, we tried the Cebiche de Pescado, Yuca Frita (YUM!), and Salchipapas. For drinks we had the limonada and passion fruit beverages, plus some delicious calvados sparkling wine. Dessert was a sampler of all the sorbets.
The service, led by Kevin, was spectacular. He was warm, engaging, knowledgeable, and fun. We watched Carlos creating his culinary magic in the kitchen, too. I cannot wait to go back - make a reservation because it's gonna get busy!

We enjoyed our evening so much! Excellent service, delicious cebiche, sangria, and entrees. Kevin celebrated our daughter's birthday with a bubbly Pinot Gris (Spain) and delicious dulce de leche and sweet potato (beignet-like) donuts!! We will be back, thank you Team Pucquio!!
