Dining at Pucquio is a truly unique experience — warm, welcoming, and deeply satisfying. Each dish reflects exceptional care and artistry: the flavors, textures, and colors are thoughtfully composed, offering a refined and memorable journey for the palate. Carlos is not only a gifted chef, but a true culinary master whose passion shines through in every detail.
It was a great experience at Pucquio: the food was incredible, the service was perfect, and the ambience was perfect for catching up with my friend. Kevin made good recommendations (the trout ceviche was amazing). I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
As always terrific food, but Pucquio is not the place ic you are in a hurry. Chef Carlos takes his time! But it is well worth the wait, giving you time to relax and enjoy and catch up!
