I ordered from this place on Uber eats, since I was craving pupusas for a while. Que ricas !! I tried the revuelta, queso con frijol, y queso. My favorite was the queso and revuelta. I also got a delicious fresh squeezed orange juice.
The curtido was simple, it was missing oregano, it did not have enough vinegar, possibly made the same day, for the curtido to be at its point it must be made at least a day before, the tomato sauce does not have garlic Dorado it is just the tomato and simple Without oregano, the simple pupusas are not as good, delicious for those who do not have a good palate! My opinion is more or less
The pupusas taste cool but not cooked all the way, I like seeing the brown spots on the masa and these are pale af, very doughie, maybe cause it was an hour before closing? Idk. Also not black beans but pinto beans
