Drive-thru only with 40 minutes wait. Feels like a trap since you can't get out. 2 lanes with one checkout and order release. Not the best way to get your chicken tenders. Go somewhere else where you can actually enjoy your meal.

I called ahead of time to find out if it was open, which they told me yes when I arrived at the place in a rude and vulgar manner. They told me that they were no longer taking orders, to which I showed them the call and they closed the window in my face. Terrible service. per day

The lobby is closed, cashless drive thru only. The drive thru line was very long and waited around 30 minutes before i was able to order. My daughters chicken strips was much bigger than my pieces were. I wont be coming back to this location again.

Can yall please open the restaurant I don't like being forced to go thru the drive thru!! Its 45 mins in a line for WHAT! When that could be a 10 min walk in. It's technically not ADA accessible. Everyone else in the plaza has their doors open?? Then customers cant eat in the parking lot?? Ridiculous! It turns every trip to an hour when it could be 15-20 mins.

I wanted to eat on the street, a man came out and said I can't eat. Even though it was the street.
We were in line for about a hour and ordered a caniac combo and instead got a box combo despite us still paying the price for a caniac combo

If you don’t mind WAITING AN HOUR @ the drive thru then be my guest and come on down to this location!! I don’t know who’s to blame! The management?! The workers!? Or whoever’s idea it was to place a Canes over here. Service is HORRIBLY SLOW. I promise you it’s not worth the wait. You can’t even eat inside, it’s drive thru only and they ONLY take card, no cash. We could’ve had a chic fila instead or something. Terrible location! REMOVE THIS CANES FROM THIS AREA!!

Loved all Bay Area locations except for the Oakland location which is very sad cause it’s the closest food always cold and employees have non welcoming attitudes I’d rather drive to Fairfield!! Soo many other Bay Area cities deserve a canes opening in Oakland was a very bad idea!
Person taking my order was extremely rude. She spoke very low and fast. Got my order wrong and did not want to fix it

Ww were in the neighborhood and remembered how tasty the fingers were from our last visit. It's a drive thru with no inside seating because of the crime in the neighborhood. Even In N Out left the area. The line today was really slow. 2 lanes merged into one. We ordered a big tailgate tray of 25 fingers. It was over $55 after taxes and fees. Ok. We opened the tray
and ate immediately. Big disappointment. The fingers were dry. Overcooked? Don't know if we'll be back and go through the long wait again for a long time. I'm giving it 3 stars only because the previous visit was so good.
