Hands down the BEST of all Oakland Vietnamese has to offer! The fried chicken rolls are addictive, the veggies and chicken spring rolls fresh and flavorful. My favorites are their grilled pork Bahn Mi and grilled chicken Pho. Consistently delicious take out EVERYtime.

I ordered a Vietnamese ice coffee and this is how it was served. Not even filled up all the way and it was $6.50. I feel jipped. I’ve been here before and normally it’s good and all the way full. Maybe it was an off day to be fair. I do like this place and they do have good food. But this time was a miss. Maybe she rushed the order as other things was going on. I do appreciate this restaurant tho.

Very long overdue review - Back in December I was throwing a holiday party and wanted to get a party platter of some sort. Did some digging around Yelp and saw that Rayman's Nudough did party platters. Based off the reviews, it sounded like this establishment would be good choice and it was local. I called to place an order and Rayman was extremely helpful with the breakdown of quantity and cost. He was in great communication with me over text as well when I had concerns or questions. He made sure to let me know that every bite of the fresh rolls would have a little bit of everything. Ordered was scheduled 2-3 weeks advance. Day of, order was ready and pick up was easy! Presentation of platters were clean and professional. No issues at all. Now onto the rolls... WOW!!!!! Rayman was NOT wrong when he said that every bite you take will have a little bit of everything! One thing that I love about their rolls is that it does not fall apart. I have eaten so many rolls before that as soon as you take the second bite, it deconstructs and is a mess to eat, but Rayman Nudough's rolls are thick and tightly wrapped ;) LOL! We ordered the grilled shrimp, the grilled pork, and the egg roll wrapped in spring roll. EVERYTHING was amazing but the star of the show was definitely the grilled pork - sooo flavorful and tender. Also the sauce that comes with the rolls is DIVINE! They gave me a whole soup container worth of sauce and it was all used by the end of the night. My friends and family loved the rolls so much they now ask us to bring/have them at all of our events. We even did another order for my boyfriend's grandmother's birthday recently and again, easy ordering process with Rayman and delicious execution! Definitely will be a returning customer and can't wait to try the other dishes.

Rayman's banh mi are top tier. They come loaded with juicy meat, fresh veggies, and a tantalizing house sauce all on a warm freshly baked roll. The fact that they come in under $10 is just a bonus. Perfect spot for a quick bite in Dimond.

The Pho is one of the best I have had in the East Bay. We usually hit them up once a week. They make a combo Pho with grilled chicken and shrimp that is tasty. Service is fast especially when you preorder and the young man that works the front of the store is friendly and affable. Definitely recommend trying them especially for the Pho which is the only thing I have actually eaten from them.
Wanted to try Vietnamese food around the area, and loved this place! The spring rolls with peanut sauce are my personal favorite!! The lemongrass beef rice bowl was also delicious. Service was fast and very friendly, and although there aren't any tables to sit and eat, grabbing lunch or dinner to take to work or bring home seems perfect.

The Lemon Grass Beef Banh Mi Sandwich was like no other I've ever had. It was bursting with flavor and served on a delicious roll. Reasonably priced too! Loved it! I'll be back for sure.

Got 2 sandwiches to split: the chicken and tofu. Wasn't tasty- the pate was too overwhelming on the chicken, and the tofu sandwich was soggy. Didn't finish either of my halves. Wouldn't order the sandwiches again. Want to try the pho, but because there isn't a place to sit, I wouldn't want to take it to go, since it's best eaten right away piping hot in a bowl. Place is clean. Service was great- young man was kind and professional.
