We have been huge fans of Rico Rico for years. Which is why I am shocked to make this review, we ordered dinner for delivery. And Rico Rico canceled our order after the time it was supposed to be delivered. We called to understand what happened and the person who answered could not explain why our order was canceled, except that they had a big order and that the manager canceled our order. We asked to speak to the manager, and she said the manager wasn’t there. And then she hung up on us. I am stunned.

it's sad that I have to leave this review but consistency is everything all my food was Hella dry tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time very small portion. I paid for extra cream and got sour cream, which is what I did not order and when I called, the girl took no accountability for the fact that I called previously after I placed my order just to make sure they get it right

Rico Rico was a good Mexican place when it opened. The last 3 vegetarians burritos had 90% rice and beans and found almost no vegetables - some tomatoes and parsley. Very expensive burritos! Cutting a lot of corners.

I went to this place because my friend was vegetarian. I am not vegetarian. The burritos were awesome. I ordered the shrimp burrito and it tasted very similar to shrimp. The food is super good.
Food is amazing. Service is always good. But please do something about the Door Dash and take-out folks standing around like drones and completely overwhelming the space. It makes it very uncomfortable and claustrophobic for the people actually eating in the restaurant. It also seems really stressful for the workers.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, I’ve heard some very positive things. The service was very fast, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Unfortunately, I ordered the chicken quesadilla and found it extremely underwhelming. It was a large size, but sadly mostly empty and the chicken was very overcooked. They also forgot to add the crema. Maybe in a pinch I would eat here again, but it won’t be a go-to for me.

Excellent food, cute place, and nice staff.
Food is amazing. Service is always good. But please do something about the Door Dash and take-out folks standing around like drones and completely overwhelming the space. It makes it very uncomfortable and claustrophobic for the people actually eating in the restaurant. It also seems really stressful for the workers.
