Excellent food, cute place, and nice staff.

Food is amazing. Service is always good. But please do something about the Door Dash and take-out folks standing around like drones and completely overwhelming the space. It makes it very uncomfortable and claustrophobic for the people actually eating in the restaurant. It also seems really stressful for the workers.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, I’ve heard some very positive things. The service was very fast, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
Unfortunately, I ordered the chicken quesadilla and found it extremely underwhelming. It was a large size, but sadly mostly empty and the chicken was very overcooked. They also forgot to add the crema. Maybe in a pinch I would eat here again, but it won’t be a go-to for me.

Al pastor taco flavour was good. The burrito was okay and lacked seasoning in the meat.

We did catering from here for a birthday and the delivery was superb. Tacos were delicious, as were the chips and drinks. Folks raved about them and we're very happy with the easy ordering process.

Super fast, super fresh, super flavorful. That’s Rico Rico!

Absolutely enjoyed this bright, buzzing taco joint near Lake Merritt. Grabbed some tacos with my friends before a movie at the Grand Lake Theatre, and we were in-and-out in about 30 minutes. Definitely the perfect casual spot to grab dinner before a movie or walk around the park.

Seating is limited for groups above 4, but there are plenty of small tables both inside and outside. Water is self-serve, and you order at the counter but they deliver it to your table. Quick service!

My favorite part was how the kitchen has an open window so you can watch them prepare your meal— amazing to see how well their team works together to bring fast, fresh food.

Al pastor was my fav, but both the carne asada and fish tacos held their own. Small packets of house-made sauce was more than enough for my three tacos.

Be sure not to confuse this location with Rico Rico Vegano around the corner — I assume it’s the vegan branch of the restaurant, but it confused some of our party who ended up waiting at the wrong store!

Great food. Things are on the spicy side. They don't spare the pepper in any of their sauces.

If you're taking to-go, it's a good idea to check your order before you leave. I've had a few slip ups and it's always so annoying when you don't find out until you get home.

The acidity of the tacos was poorly balanced to the point they were somewhat sour and not good even after adding a lot of avocado.

Delicious tacos, burritos and bowls. Just added fresh guacamole to their menu! If you're looking for vegan the vegano option is just around the corner.
