I LOVE this place! But they've had to close a few locations unfortunately. We don't eat red meat so when turkey burgers are this good, we want it to be our "go to". All the other things, sides and such, are awesome too!

The best burger I've had in town. I had the summertime burger (Seasonal). Delicious and juicy. Will try other burgers too. Must visit. It's take out only though for now

Excellent burgers done right. Generous portion (unlike Shakeshack across the street)

A restaurant that includes a turkey burger option gets an extra star by default, because chicken is not an acceptable exchange when you want a burger! I order through ubereats, so I can't speak about the restaurant or staff but based on the food everything there must be awesome too. I love their summer burger made with a turkey patty. I also frequently order the mini market salad with the turkey burger skewer. Tonight I ordered both, the salad will be tomorrow's lunch. They wrap their burger in foil paper and inside it's half wrapped in paper! My shirt and hands appreciate this so much! Thank you Roam, I'm doing my happy food dance!

The food was just a average, and that was me being nice. I would definitely prefer a McDonald's burger over ever going back to that place.

So my wife and I tried Roam burger for the first time. We ordered the classic beef on gluten free and Tejano Bison on GF. The Bison meat was so bad my wife got nauseous. It tasted old and bloody. They were nice enough to take it back and give us a classic cheeseburger. However when we got in our car, the cheeseburger was barely cooked. Very pink. I mean moooo pink. Very nice set up and friendly staff. However the food was very poor.

Not recommended for delivery. I've been to other Roam locations (SF Fillmore and San Mateo) and had excellent, consistently good burgers. But after three separate deliveries from this place, I'm giving up. Here's why: I ask for the pink option and I always get WELL DONE. So they can't handle meat temperature. And before you give me the 'but it's delivery' excuse, I can tell you that Nom Burger in Sunnyvale had twice the delivery distance when I lived down the peninsula and they consistently nailed a medium or medium rare, no problem. Also, I can tell the kitchen is slipping up by sending out old greens. See photo. The stems were like wood. I had to remove them all. Makes me wonder what other details are being overlooked.

The onion rings are crunchy and cooked perfectly and their chicken sandwich is delicious - but my absolute must have every time we go is their hand-squeezed lemonade.

This was my first time trying a burger and fries at Roam Artisan Burgers and it was absolutely satisfying and delicious! It's fairly expensive but compared to Shake Shack this was treating myself to a thoroughly enjoyable meal.Spend your money at Roam not Shake Shack for a $20 burger meal

I usually love roam and this "french and fries" burger was good in general... However, this is not the first time that they miss ingredients. This time was the extra bacon I had ordered. In person it would be an easy fix and conversation, but after a 20 min each way pick up, there is almost nothing to do...

6/26/21 I picked up my orders of veggie burger and sweet potato fries. It was the best burger I've had so far at Roam's since they opened. The pickles were so fresh and the butter lettuce was as fresh as store bought. The fries were plentiful as usual. Hands off to the cook. I'll be going back soon.

Great bison burgers with all kinds of options to dress it up with. If you don't like one of their premade accoutrements you can build your own burger with a wide range of selections. Be warned, the family fries are a huge portion and dangerously tasty. Great spot to have a burger and a beer or maybe one of their delicious shakes. Forewarning though, the place can give you a bit of a sticker shock when you get your receipt but it was certainly worth the extra bucks.

We probably wouldn't order from here again. The burgers were okay, tendency for each topping to be on only one small part of the burger (understandable with takeout but seemed like careless application), the standard bun seems to have eggs and the whole grain bun wasn't overly tasty. The Fry-fecta was amusing but needlessly greasy. The Brussels sprouts had a disturbing sauce that was sweet and had sesame oil, spoiled the taste for us. The salads weren't bad, just peculiar textures and tastes. All in all, maybe just a little more artisan than our taste buds can handle.

Tips: 1. Truffle fries, yummy 2. After payment, WiFi code on receipt 3. Inhale burgers and wash down with North coast Scrimshaw

Such a disappointing meal here. I used Door Dash. I ordered Tejano Burger. My kids got kids meals - plain burger and grilled cheese. Everything was pretty flavorless including overcooked fries. The milkshakes were decent. But given the prices, I really regret ordering from here.
